Though we paid the amount for breakfast and triple occupancy at the time of booking the hotel room still we had to show the booking at the reception three times as the reception said we don't see any booking for breakfast or triple occupancy. Also, there was a very bad smell in room and for the triple bed they just put a mattress on the floor.

Hotel does not have parking, u have to park your vehicle on road. There were many many mosquitos in the room, i couldn't sleep and i have to call help at 3am in the night and had spray hit in order to get some sleep.

Property’s location is good. This is our second time we booked a room here. We came here a year ago; services were better then. This time services have become slower. I ordered the breakfast for two got it for one. Used thalis stayed in our room for the night before being picked up twice even after reminding them to pick the plates. For the breakfast in the hall downstairs they gave sandwiches then after 20 minutes the omelette was served, second cup of tea was serve after another 15 minutes and so on. The house keeping and reception services were good. Altogether the hotel seems to be very old. Cushions of the seats in the rooms must be changed ( very dirty.

Lovely experience Jess was so welcoming when we arrived . Lovely service and lovely food . Kyle served our carvery and dessert was so friendly . Will be returning for sure Food was 5 star and can’t fault the service. Highly recommended bear carvery around

This hotel stinks. I stayed for 2 nights, there’s no water supply during night and early morning hours. They couldn’t fix the issue inspite of repeated reminders. I would strongly advise against staying here. My visit was mainly for meeting friends at university, so the purpose was just to retire at night but when you don’t get water at end of day in summer, that’s the most horrible thing one can think of.

Stay was okay. Breakfast was poor. Nobody took our luggage to the room. We had to take it on our own. Crockeries of room was broken. Not worth of money they charge.
