I arrived early, but after contacting the host I was welcomed by the cleaning lady, who was very nice and supportive. I could leave my bags and she said my room would be ready in 30 minutes, even though it was hours before the formal check in time. The room is very quiet, clean and complete. Every morning a small breakfast was ready in the fridge. The private garden is very nice and well maintained. The (very nice and sandy) beach, the tram station, a good lunch restaurant and a small grocery shop are in the direct neighbourhood ( 2 minute walk). The host is very nice and proactive. I would definitely recommend and I plan to return in the fall, as this is excellent place as a starting point to explore the wonderful surroundings by foot.

Really nice place. Gated apartments with a fridge, kettle for tea/coffee and included breakfast every day. Very close to the beach and the tram, which is very useful. Nice rooms and a fine little terrace/outdoor lounge, perfect for an afternoon drink. Good cleaning and high service level - we had a minor issue in the room which was managed asap from the tennant - very well handled. To be remmonded!

Just gorgeous, clean, quaint! Loved the little extras of food and drinks in the fridge, replenished every day. Would definitely recommend staying here. Close to the beach and tram line, you can pop into Alicante for a day visit.

Magnífica habitación y estancia. Fácil acceso y comunicación perfecta con el personal. Muy recomendable. Con aparcamiento y desayuno de cortesía. Se trata de un hotel boutique con mucho encanto. La habitación y, sobre todo el baño, muy moderno y completo. Para repetir.

Hicimos una reserva sin querer para 3 personas y encuanto se enteró Sandra que solo veníamos dos no dudo en descontarnos el dinero correspondiente. El detalle del desayuno se agradece muchísimo. El apartamento es súper bonito. Las camas son muy cómodas. El apartamento está al lado del tranvía puedes ir al cualquier lugar cómodamente. Sólo le falta un piscineta. Repetiremos 😊

Chambre spacieuse, insonorisée et climatisée. Le patio privatif était très agréable, les lits faits tous les jours et le linge changé + le petit déjeuner du lendemain déposé au petit frigo. Commodités très proches, plage à 400 m ,station de tram à 100 m. excellent endroit , je recommande !
