Apartamentos Tito San Nicolas

Really can't say enough about how good this apartment was. It felt so personal and homely. Aida so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble in helping make our 6 days such a great experience. Beautiful city and beach. Highly recommend this apartment and location. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

We loved our stay here. The apartment couldn't be faulted it was light, airy and spacious and in a fantastic location - it's a fabulously walkable city and we were bang in the middle of the old town close to everything, bars, shops, cathedral (could almost touch it from our bedroom window) etc and an amazing breakfast cafe 20m one way and a great bar the other. But incredibly quiet (except for the annual Sta Faz religious pilgrimage which started at 8 outside our window, giving us a great ringside seat. And a final shout out to Aida for all her help with recommendations and help.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family in the 2 bedroom Atico apartment. The apartment is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms, one with Super King Size bed and another with twin beds. There is an en suite bathroom and another shower room/toilet. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. There is a large terrace that we didn't get to use much as it was cool and cloudy when we were there. I'd imagine it would be superb in warm and sunny days. The location of the apartment is fantastic. As it's in the heart of the old town, there are plenty of places nearby for food and drink. If you like pizza or pasta, I can recommend Sale & Pepe Barrio. It's about 1 mins walk from the apartment. Turn left out the door and first right. It's about 30m along the road on the lefthand side. If we return to Alicante we'll certainly consider staying here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Lovely and helpful receptionist, spacious and well equipped room on the 1st floor. Great location, one could easily walk anywhere in the city. The old town does get lively, but the noises didn’t bother us. If we ever come back to Alicante, would definitely stay here again. :)

My son and I stayed in Apartmentos Tito San Nicolas for a long weekend. This was a trip to relax and enjoy Alicante before he heads back to Uni. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect apartment, with everything we needed. Aida was super helpful and really attentive (the perfect host). My son loved the airy high ceilings and how cool the apartment was, a great escape in the heat of the day. The beach was a very short walk, and there were a huge selection of places to eat within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed being close to the Castle and Serra Grossa, both of which we climbed and had amazing views. We will certainly plan to come back and I will recommend these apartments to all my friends and family.

The best apartment in Alicante. This is our “second home”. This year we rented the whole Tito San Nicolas and traveled down with 18 friends to get sun, eat and drink. Party on the balcony at the penthouse was perfect. Aida (the host) is fantastic.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable all you need for holiday including cooking facilities, the receptionist Aida is amazing very helpful speaks perfect English. The a/c works for cold but needs to have warmer temperatures when it’s cold.

lovely modern apartment , very well equipped. We stayed in the superior apartment which has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and a room with two twin beds and another separate bathroom .there is a juliet balcony off the living area. the apartment is centrally located in easy reach of beach ,shops , and all attractions. there was nothing to dislike and we would certainly book again. the host Aida is a lovely accomodating lady who makes the whole experience an easy and enjoyable one

Found a little gem here. We stayed in the penthouse apt which was marvellous. Very comfy beds, everything really clean, very spacious. Location couldn’t be better. 5 mins from airport bus stop. 5 mins from beach. Restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The apt has an amazing terrace with sun loungers and seating. If the weather is good it’s a great spot to sunbathe and spend some time. The lady at reception, Aida, is so lovely and so helpful. You really feel like she wants you to enjoy your stay. Already planning our next visit.
