Poor experience, overpriced and very very rude staff This is the worst hotel I have stayed in recent times. The hotel manager Chaitangi Patil is nothing but a greedy woman who has absolutely no manners to talk. We booked 2 rooms for 5 of us. Paid 8k for one double and 11k for a triple room for an average 3 starish resort. We requested for early check in which they charged us 3k for one room and 4k for another. It was supposed to include breakfast. On reaching there they said we had to pay for breakfast and luckily I had specifically asked them on text if it included breakfast. They tried to dodge it saying we thought you were referring to the next days breakfast etc. finally they included it for me but not my friends room. The breakfast both days was paratha and upma the first day and Paratha and poha the next day. No variety at all. It's quite an overpriced waste of money. We asked for a late check out because we were here for meetings and I took my mother for a holiday. They said you have to leave at 11 sharp since we are overbooked. I cross checked on agoda and rooms were very much available. Infact our two rooms were the only rooms that were occupied. The entire resort is empty. Then she said you need to pay the entire days tariff if you want late check out. My point is that they are really expecting a miracle if they think all rooms will get sold out magically overnight. I was willing to pay half day for late check out but this is madness. Now I don't know where to make my 76 year old mother sit while we go for our meetings. This place is not safe. Also please note that there is loud music blasting into the night from some nearby resort. You won't be able to sleep till late. It's unfortunate we didn't stay at a small place with more warm and polite people. We thought expensive will be a good experience. Unfortunately with her continuous attempt to extract more and more money, she completely ruined our experience. We asked to speak to the owner and she said she is the owner. Didn't look like the owner of a big resort would be so I'll mannered to walk out and not be able to hold a civil and polite conversation. Now I'm disturbed by her anger and rudeness, I can't sleep because of the loud jarring music and my old mother is stressed where to sit if we don't have a hotel. Disgraceful, distasteful. Avoid!
