I found a hotel where we stayed for New Year's Eve 2016 much better than that time. Employees are doing their best, they care a lot about cleanliness. Facilities are good. We think it deserves a higher rating. Food wasn't bad at all

We came to the hotel at the beginning of June and came back because of its proximity to Cunda and the beauty of the sea. However, the hotel was extremely dirty and neglected. Tables, general areas and sunbeds were not usable. There are glasses and plates full of leftovers from the previous day on the tables of the cafes, and the general cleaning of the area is terrible. The working children are always walking around indifferently, with cigarettes in their mouths, they are rude and indifferent. September fatigue I guess. The concept has narrowed and the variety of snacks and meals has decreased. There was a smell that could be felt in the sea, and the sea was murky. The only positive change compared to June was that they upgraded our room and gave us a sea view room. I came twice in one season, but I don't think I will come again, I do not recommend it..

We were very pleased last summer and we came back in July 2023 and stayed for 9 days and returned home with a smile. The hotel is in a very beautiful place in terms of location. It is at the end of the bridge connecting Ayvalık and Cunda. If you do not have a car, you can go to Ayvalıka Cunda or Cunda by minibuses from the front of the hotel. They pass frequently. The hotel has a parking lot. It is a true family hotel. We were at the hotel with my daughter around 6.30 in the morning and they said that our room was ready and that we could have breakfast and go to our room if we wanted. Normally, breakfast is between 07.00 and 09.30. Since the Japanese tourist group will be leaving early in the morning, they have moved the breakfast time early. It is such a caring hotel. Believe me, I read the comments with amazement. It's like a joke. If I didn't go and see it and experience it, maybe I would believe it. Let's be a little more merciful, please. There shouldn't be so much scribbling! The rooms are cleaned every day. Believe me, I have spent holidays in many hotels in the Aegean and the Mediterranean, and the rooms are generally entered every two days. Our people go to the rooms by spilling their food and drinks, even though it is forbidden to take food into the rooms. When you tell them to the lobby, it is cleaned immediately. In the comments, there are people who come across stains. Well, you need to approach the hotel in good faith and report it to the hotel. It is really a pretty big hotel. The hotel has an all-inclusive concept. You can eat and drink until 00:00 at night. For breakfast, there are pancakes and pancakes every other day, sausage, sausage, French fries... cheese varieties... soup... musli biscuits for children... etc. There is a nice variety for lunch, too. For dinner, chicken, meat, turkey and fish, everything is served. Believe me, there is something for every taste. You won't go hungry. What do we eat in our normal lives, but we don't like the food. I read a comment that the bottles come to the table with the bottles opened. It's a real shame.
