This is a lovely hotel. However, we were disappointed with the hotel as the rating is 4 stars and the pictures/description make the hotel sound amazing. Everything was adequate and we had no reason to complain, however, we were expecting something better. The pool is smaller than it looks in the picture :( The dining room can get very noisy at times with long queues of people. Many groups of tourists (older age range) travelling together. Sometimes you had to wait for more food to arrive, or the food was cold because it had been there for too long. The acoustics in the dining room did not help with the noise levels. On a positive note - we enjoyed the indoor Spa. The rooms were kept very clean and were adequate for our stay and the staff were always ready to help if needed. Located within walking distance of a small town with local bars and friendly residents... there are also other areas of interest within short driving distance of the hotel.

Hotel located in a cute town. The room smelled terrible of heavy cigarette smoke, hallways smelled very musty. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work , so windows had to be kept open and a constant VERY LOUD train goes by in front of the hotel windows. Only one very thin overly washed towel was given per person at this spa hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, without any way of drying it, since this towel didn’t dry overnight by itself: no bath robe to use in the spa. Required to wear a mask to walk into a hot thermal pool room area (!), but no mask was required anywhere else on the property (!!!), so this is very silly. No one spoke English to give any directions to explore the area or answer any questions

Through a Wonderbox, which had to be paid 30€ more to reserve the night, and at the hotel another 30€ more because the room would have been better with a coffee maker included, which by the way, did not work. The thermal pool, which is the only thing that was accessible, the water was cold and the area even colder. The rest of the things were either closed or had to be booked in advance (which they did not inform us when the reservation was made by phone). Duration of the stay in the pool: 10 minutes because we ran up to the room for a very hot shower and a wonderful hot tea to warm up, which could not be done because the coffee maker was broken. Summary: a fortune for the “changes for the better”, no moment of relaxation and a total disaster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

El balneario flojillo, pero lo peor es que si no eres cliente del hotel los servicios no son buenos. En los baños del balneario no había ni una banqueta para apoyar la ropa cuando te cambias. Las duchas estaban en muy mal estado y olían fatal. No había secadores de pelo ni un enchufe para poner el tuyo, y fuera estábamos a 2 grados... Imagínate, salir con el pelo mojado con esa temperatura. Si te alojas en el hotel y nada más acabar puedes subir a tu habitación está bien, pero sino, no lo recomiendo.

Hotel encantador de relax en un espacio único. Reformado, moderno y actual dentro de un entorno rural y de encanto. He disfrutado mucho en la piscina y resto de circuito interior, ideal para descontructurar tensiones y relejarme tras un viaje largo de 7h. El personal es amable, correcto, muy profesional, haciéndome la estancia aún más agradable. La habitación es muy luminosa, tranquila, espaciosa, sin ruidos. Perfecta para descansar o disfrutar de mi propio espacio. Top en limpieza. El buffet desayuno muy completo con personal agradable y correcto. No entiendo algunos comentarios leídos ya que mi experiencia ha sido perfecta y mi opinión suele ser muy crítica al pertenecer al sector. LO RECOMIENDO AL 100%.

Mala calidad en las instalaciones, restauración y servicio. Elegí este balneario como opción de varios, según las opiniones de los viajeros, pero a fecha de ayer 29 noviembre 2024. Estuve durmiendo en una habitación la cual incluía spa de 45 minutos, El cual la temperatura del agua para el frío que hace en la calle estaba frío para hacer un spa. Restaurante deja mucho que desear para la cena y para el desayuno, con muy mala calidad en el buffet. Y en la cafetería había más de seis moscas a nuestro alrededor. definitiva, es un Hotel un poco de Imagen que no que cumple lo que dice ni está en la categoría que dice estar. Decepción total.
