"The hotel is in a great location. There is a big shopping mall opposite, but there is no supermarket. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the St. Mary River. The other side of the river is the United States! The scenery is beautiful! The bed is a bit soft, but it is clean. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, milk, fruit, which is a good Western breakfast! It is also close to restaurants! I ate PHO, the taste is authentic!"
"I didn't expect that there is a well-decorated hotel in the small town, and the breakfast is also very good. I will often go to this hotel in the future. The quality is really good, and I strongly recommend it! Give the hotel a thumbs up 👍 but I forgot to take a picture"
"The location of this hotel is also very convenient, there is a mall not far away, you can see the United States opposite. You can watch the sunset by the water. The breakfast here is average, can be full, there are coffee bread, waffles, sausage, quiche, cereal, a little fruit and yogurt, this hotel service is very good, the room setting is good, the bed is very comfortable, as for No extra bed, I really don't know. I have two big beds in the room. If I squeeze, I should be able to sleep four people. Overall, this hotel is good!"
"We had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. There are several decent restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast with a variety of foods."
"Room is fine but seems old fashioned , bathroom is really good and big, facilities are not enough like as basic as water bottle is not available, over priced in comparison to other hotels available nearby."
"The room is very clean, and the location is right on the side of the highway. The most important thing is that the parking gap is very safe, suitable for a long-distance travel break!"
"The room facilities are very good, clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is no need for an extra bed, you can live well! Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, buckwheat flakes and bread, a very healthy breakfast!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWhere I needed it to be on my way from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island.
Absolutely clean. Another reviewer was right, the pillows and bed was fantastic. Don't know that I even turned over while I slept for nine hours through the night. The room had everything I needed. I liked it so much I extended my stay! My only regret was that their restaurant hadn't opened for the season yet.
DDr CushThe location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told I’d have to book the “member rate” (since I’m a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a “water view room”, not a “partial water view” and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didn’t understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.
GGuest UserMy daughter and I had to visit Sault Ste. Marie for something and stayed at the Quattro Hotel in S.S Marie Ontario. It was my very best experience ever, everything was beautiful and very friendly staff
..
GGuest UserFantastic for the price! The unit was clean with all the right amenities (blow dryer, clean towels, desk, working wifi). Welcomed by the fantastic owner and was so nice and welcoming. They had a dog that was super friendly but also barked a lot. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would recommend. 4/5. Maybe would have preferred more lights.
GGuest UserRoom was as expected...
Included breakfast very good Friday!! Scrambled eggs hot and well cooked, potato cubes well cooked and tasty
Breakfast Saturday okay, but not as good as Friday, cheese omelet..cool and uninspiring, potato wedges not completely cooked,
coffee both days very good
FFarid Uddin KironI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk made a great first impression with their professional, friendly, and helpful service. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again.
GGuest UserIt's a great surprise to walk in a brand new room with all new set up, we must be one of the new dwellers here:)
Outside of the buildings and surrounding can be deceiving. It's facing the lake, unfortunately there's a big trailer blocking the view.
