We were disappointed and felt the hotel lied: the swimming pool, spa and gym they are all only for women (!) so I would not go back

Very nice hotel. Beautiful rooms and excellent customer service. Breakfast is varied and fine. Location is not the best but chosen as we decided not to rent a car and it is close to the metro station and the tram. Would recommend this hotel and would return

The pool wasn't open, the staff were very kind and cordial with me but the front desk was very rude to my wife and also refused to give the proper room after having an issue. this issue was not corrected until the following day and the room rates are almost 30$ apart. Cleaning staff was fantastic, and all but one of the restaurant staff were very pleasant. some of the amenities were not properly functioning

Tea best hotel Good evening everyone, I have been at the hotel for more than a week my stay will last 1 month, which "I would not say forced" but rather gave me the pleasure of writing a few words about this hotel it is the friendliness of the staff on their heads the manager, who is honored by listening to the concerns and comments of customers although all the comments have been positive, but it is his professionalism and his wisdom which gives him all this pleasure, a team that loves what it is trained to do, I thank all the staff of this hotel Good luck And the cleanliness is extraordinary Hats off 👏🇩🇿
