The room was upgraded to a small suite, with an unbeatable sea and city view on the small balcony. The breakfast on the 7th floor was a wrap-around unbeatable sea view, with a rich variety of desserts. The front desk service was thoughtful, and the taxi driver was great. Although he didn't speak English, he could communicate with the translation software. The hotel sent him to the airport for 1,500 dinars.

We had a car problem so we couldn't go. Hotel that doesn't answer the phone. We are told that the hotel is full on weekdays excluding holidays. Couldn't find any solution for us so that we could enjoy our stay. To flee ......

I got injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. They provided all the support they could, including changing rooms and responding to emergencies in the middle of the night. We enjoyed our stay in this modern hotel between the city centre and airport. The room was a suite on the 6th floor which was well appointed with excellent panoramic views. Reception, restaurant and service staff were unfailingly polite. We enjoyed a sumptuous buffet one evening and breakfast was varied with eggs to order. A minor problem was the lack of any alcohol, partly due to local cultural values and the policy of the owners, nothing like a cold beer after a long and hot day touring! Just a thought for Algerian tourism authorities. Another problem with some rooms in our group was inoperable aircon, a major problem for lack of sleep. Otherwise excellent, thank you.

A comfortable modern hotel. Our room faced the sea and everything worked well. There was a room safe and coffee machine and bottled water was provided daily. The dining room had fantastic panoramic views of the city/sea and all the staff at both breakfast and dinner were really great, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel most welcome in the hotel.

the restaurant is good but the service at the reception is inflexible and not very helpful and their English is not good. I was generally not happy with the stay
