The original plan was to stay for 15 days, but ended up staying for only one night. The two front desk staff working during the day were pretty nice, with a good attitude. At night there was a ******************** front desk, and an old man at night, and two **, who saw that you were a foreigner and spoke rudely, deliberately picking on you, saying that you hadn't paid, especially this ******************. The hotel owner was very engaging when he welcomed me, my room had just been cleaned and I was allowed to check in almost 1 hour beforehand. It is actually a very basic room, but at least the corridor was nicely decorated. I had 2 beds, a blanket, a bathroom (very narrow for a tall person) and a shelf with a hanger holder. It was very noisy outside as you are staying right next to the Casbah, but you have almost everything nearby (shops, restaurants, sights and metro). The hygiene was okay, unfortunately the room sometimes smelled slightly musty. Apart from that, the breakfast is almost entirely sweet, so if you like it a little more savoury, there are many inexpensive options nearby. The reception was always very friendly and helpful, which can also be said of the entire staff. If you don't have too high expectations, you should be able to stay here for a few nights at a reasonable price.

Well situated beautiful hotel, direct in Casbah. Close to the metro, a lot of little cafes around. All day drinks and snacks provided. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of information given, possibility to exchange money ,the good rate.(euro) The small room, a miniscule bathroom, very hard pillows was a minus. But globally we had a good stay.

We had booked via booking. And once we arrived the hotel had cancelled our booking, so we found ourselves without a booking. And to get a room again, the hotel offered us rooms at double the price of booking. Hello scam! So we had to look for another hotel. We were 2 adults and 3 children, shameful to do this!

Welcoming and friendly work team, thank you Omar thank you Noria. I loved them. The establishment is very well located. But the hotel is absolutely not worth its price because it is very basic. It is worth 20 to 25e per night, no more. The rooms are mismatched and the television only broadcasts Arabic channels

Never again this hotel room too small bed 60 cm small bathroom sink unhooked from the wall old pipes view of a wall .. they refused to reimburse me for the nights paid .. a French tourist is scammed on the price of the room I paid 5000 dinards per night she paid 11000 dinards per night what a shame !! Other tourists complained to the point of having a group meeting !! In short do not trust them !! Otherwise top staff very kind smiling but they have no choice work obliges 🤷♀️
