Private Beach: The private beach is particularly praised for its beauty and exclusivity, although it may have pebbly areas.

We stayed for 2 weeks this time. This year was far more enjoyable than last year as the entertainment staff were simply beautiful people. My daughter and I cannot speak Italian but the staff really tried to communicate with us and my 9 year old loved meeting them around the resort day and night. They would have a big hello for her and tried to include her, this was without her taking part in the kids clubs. She had great fun dancing with them at night time. Photographers, receptionists, staff at pool bar, restaurants were so friendly to us. I also recommend the boat trip from Gabby’s team. Giambattista is a fantastic tennis/Padel coach he is an amazing and patient teacher. Just a great guy. We just can’t wait to come back again. It suggest more communication after booking with being a return visitor regarding room choice etc Also please create a room for guests who have checked out to shower and get changed in. See you soon

We were expecting a relaxing 4-star getaway, but what we got was more like a rundown 1-star disaster. This place is falsely advertised across the board. • Check-in wasn’t allowed until after 5 PM, and this was never mentioned on the website or booking confirmation. • The resort is in the middle of nowhere, which could be fine if it had any of the facilities it claims to — but it doesn’t. • No shops onsite despite being listed on the website. • The baby room was filthy, and the kettle provided for boiling water was unusable due to grime and rust. • No Wi-Fi and no mobile reception throughout the property, even though “free Wi-Fi” is one of their main advertised features. • No beach towels available — they had apparently “run out.” • The cot mattress didn’t fit properly, and our baby slipped underneath and almost suffocated — absolutely terrifying. • The wellness/spa centre has been shut down for over a year, but it’s still promoted as if it’s operating. • The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place, making even basic hygiene difficult. • Dry cleaning is only offered on Mondays with a two-day turnaround — useless for most travellers. • The kids’ pool is dangerous — broken tiles everywhere. Our child got cuts on their feet (we have photos). • The tennis courts are unusable and appear abandoned. There is nothing left at this resort worth recommending. It’s outdated, falsely advertised, and clearly neglected by management. Most importantly, it is unsafe for families with children. This was meant to be a relaxing family trip — instead, it was stressful, disappointing, and at times genuinely dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

Cleaning every day, but it means they only swipe the floor (no vacuuming), empty the garbage bins and give you a new set of towels. They don't change the bed linen, only make your bed. They don't clean the surfaces nor the tap, sink or shower. The restaurant has quite good food and many baby chairs available. There is a little shop inside the hotel. It sells f. ex. swimming toys, bottled water (expensive!) and touristy things. The staff mainly speaks Italian (reception people speak English). The kids' club and the entertainment are in Italian. Pool is big and nice, but they don't clean it very well. One day there was a poop floating and they just took it away. In my home country the whole pool would have been closed and thoroughly cleaned. When we arrived, we had to wait for our room until 5 pm. A nice hotel complex for this one holiday, but wouldn't go again.

Worst experience in my whole life. Not hot water, not wifi. Never go there. The water in the bathroom was coming brown!!!! total disaster. I would not recommend to go there to anyone. People was nice but this is not enough. Basic needs were not covered.

Honestly had one of the best holidays ever. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am and left our luggage in a corner at reception til our room was ready. It was safe as there was no1 wondering in from the street like other hotels. It was mostly family's there. We wer allowed use the pool and eat before and after check in and it didn't cost anything extra. We stayed 11 nights and there was a city tax that worked out at €28 per adult. The food was lovely and had a great variety. There was food available at the pool bar all day, fruit, salad, cold meat, cheese, pizza, fries, hot dogs and burgers and also desserts. Soft all inclusive only includes wine at meal times. Soft drinks, juice and water was available all the time from self service. The full all Inclusive had very limited alcohol. Coffee was available at breakfast and had to be paid for after that in the bars. A bottle of corona was €5 and a gin and sprite was €12. Cocktails were €7 and €9. Cans of Soft drink were €3 in the bar. The bedrooms wer nice. Aircon was good. No self service laundry but I brought a portable clothesline with me and hung it on the balcony. Washed out some clothes by hand. A lot of the entertainment was in Italian but we still enjoyed it. The pool entertainment was great, aqua aerobics and so on. There was a bus running daily every couple of hours €5 each way pp. Children under 3 are free. It stops at different beaches and takes you to the centre of alghero. Alghero was beautiful and well worth a visit. Lovely restaurants there. Boat trips available from the harbour there. Also snorkeling trips available from the back of the hotel which is handy. €60 for a full body massage and €25 for an hour long tennis lesson. It was very relaxed. Staff were great. The hotel is in a natural park and the entrance gates have security staff and are locked so it's very safe for kids. No stranger roaming around. I'm going back there this year for 14 nights. So is another girl that I met there with her daughter. They loved it. I wouldn't recommend it for an adult holiday as it is a family hotel so there isn't any partying but the adult do gather around the bar at night for drinks. The whole alcohol thing wasn't an issue for me as I find with all inclusive hotels the alcohol is watered down so I usually end up buying the proper stuff anyway. A taxi from the airport to hotel cost €40- €45 and can be got right outside the airport building. There are wild deer roaming around at night and we got to feed them which was amazing. There are also wild boar on the hotel grounds at night but they don't come close to you. Its definitely a unique resort and the kids loved it. There is a small shop on site which sells water, gifts, toiletries and som first aid supplies, chocolate bars, and a small amount of clothing. It's a holiday that doesn't cost a bomb because its not surrounded by shops and attractions. My only fault was they had no laundry facilities, and all inclusive did not include alcohol.

We were unable to reach the hotel due to an unexpected strike at our departure airport. Out of respect for the hotel, as soon as we were informed (the day before), we cancelled our reservation. We were unable to contact the hotel directly as they delegate their reservation system to an external booking agency, Amare Travel. This agency completely lacks professionalism, empathy and was even disrespectful to our despair (automatic response - copy/paste). The hotel therefore did not make any refund as provided for in its cancellation conditions in the event of force majeure and did not even offer compensation or a voucher!

I stayed a week at the Baia Di Conte and returned home yesterday. I’m going to breakdown my review into parts. Accommodation: My room was a first floor room with a lovely view of the resort. The room was clean nicely presented and well kept. I had all the facilities I needed. Fridge, Safe and air conditioning. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe to add a couple of sports/movie channels in other languages (English) if possible. Other than that rooms were cleaned every day and always done professionally. 9/10 Reception staff: Although there was a slight language barrier Italian/English the reception staff were wonderful, very attentive and looked after me well. I did have a issue in my room and it was resolved within 15 mins 10/10 Food: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner were available and overall everything thing was really good and tasty things were presented well, fresh and had a number of options from salad’s, cheeses, bread, hot mains including fish, meat and vegetarian options, dessert and unlimited soft drinks and white/red wine. The restaurant was clean and well presented. The only thing I would suggest maybe is to use different sausages for breakfast as it was more like hotdog sausages than a breakfast sausage. But the food quality was very good 9/10 Restaurant/Bar/Beach Tavern Staff: All the staff were very polite, courteous and attentive. Always available and made sure every visit was a great. Made my visits enjoyable and relaxed 10/10 Facilities: Baia Di Conte has a number of facilities although I didn’t use all of them the ones I used were great and of a high standard and quality. 9/10 Baia Di Conte is a great place to stay the staff are amazing and make your stay perfect. Finally the most amazing feature for me is the private cove/beach it’s amazingly beautiful. I will miss my early morning walks there. It was absolutely stunning and peaceful first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend Baia Di Conte to anyone looking to unwind and take it easy. The environment is beautiful and the staff and facilities make your stay really comfortable.
