The good The place is amazing, just outside Alghero immersed in a sea of olives trees. The staff at reception is nice and efficent. is soo nice and calm and a perfect base to be. The not so good Internet does not really work within the villas only on the rooftop Maintenance upkeep of the Villas is poor, light not working, TV from mid nineties, forniture very old , bed crancky and unconfortable, overall kitchen amenities are all there, but mix and matched. Linen , Bedding and other basic are just not up to par. The house has 2 fireplace with grill and instead to provide with packages to use it,they charge you for clean it, not a very service oriented mentality. Garden forniture mix and macth from 3 differenyt era, its like going in holiday into your grandmother home in anice place far away from any convinience. Overall the stay was great is just that it leaves a bitter taste to see so much untapped potential, expecially on basic like bed confort and resort services. The other side of development are private villa which are a great example on how much better the 'resort" could be.

The residence location is perfect, just 5 minutes form Alghero city centre, and with a view on the sea. The accomodations are very spacious and have all that is needed. Allthough sanitair and kitchen can use a renovation and upgrade soon. The swimmingpool is fine.

We had a nice stay at the vista blu resort but the houses definitely require maintenance: windows not closing, bathroom door not closing, paint scraping off the walls, parts of the kitchen broken. These houses would be really beautiful if the company would invest in fixing these issues. The area of the swimming pool is nice with a beautiful view and the staff was super friendly and tried to help us with our requests when we pointed out the list of things not working (unfortunately they couldn't do much as these things require maintenance work).

This is a fantastic self-catering base for a great stay in Sardinia. The location is only an eight minute drive from the main old city, but due to it's position up a hillside, you feel you are in a peaceful, mountain resort. We stayed in the largest of the villas, an 8-person, three bedroom one. The main bedroom was spacious with a reasonably comfortable king-size bed, the second bedroom had twin beds, and the third room a single bed that can be converted to a small double. The main sitting room had a convertable sofa bed but we left it as a couch. The beds in the other rooms were not the most comfortable according those who slept in them, but the main bedroom was fine. We paid extra in advance for a microwave and a kettle. The kitchen is small, and the crockery is limited (we bought a couple of wine glasses ourselves rather than using the small glasses that were available) but it contains most of what you would expect in a self-catering home. You'll need to bring your own tea towels and there was no oven glove to handle hot dishes so we bought one of those aswell. Each villa has a great, charcoal-burning barbecue on the patio. I had been a bit concerned before we left, having read some of the reviews here, but I needn't have worried. The villa was spotlessly clean. If you are arriving late at night make sure you contact the very helpful team at reception a number of days before so that they can make arrangements for you to get the key etc. The ladies at reception are very friendly and helpful with suggestions for beaches and restaurants and anything we asked for was dealt with immediately. The resort has a small pool, with a stunning view overlooking olive groves and the Alghero bay that was perfect for a quiet dip. There is a lifeguard on duty for some time during the day - he was a really nice guy, and you can also buy icecream, snacks and a drink from his small cabin too if you are too lazy to go back to your fridge in your villa 😉. You must have your own transport to stay here - it is outside any public transport links. There are bikes available to hire on site, but we didn't fancy cycling on the narrow winding roads / hills. There are three different supermarkets a kilometre from the villas - MD, EuroSpin and Iper Nonna - in a small retail park, and there's a Lidl another kilometer further away too, so there should be no problem getting supplies. We were there in early June and it was really quiet in the evenings. Sitting in the porch, or even better on the roof terrace, watching the sunset and listening to the birds singing was a highlight ... maybe it gets busier/noisier in the peak summer, but we found it incredibly peaceful and restful. Our villa had a basement with a washing machine and ironing board. There was a hairdryer too. TV was showing standard Italian free to air channels, but it had a HDMI port if you wanted to connect up something else to it. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back aga

Friendly & helpful staff. spottlessly clean. Rooms a little basic, but other than that lovely place. You will need to hire a car, as it is a bit far from Alghero, about a 8 min drive to the park in the centre of Alghero. A very relaxing time.

Lovely spacious villa with a well kitted out kitchen and plenty of outside space. We as a young family loved the space here to play and relax and the flexibility that having a full villa gave us. We enjoyed a laugh at the only german tv channels on the TV too. It is situated a little out of town so I would say a rental car is needed as there isn't a path per say. But having a car gives you the opportunity to visit some of the beautiful places and beaches in North West sardininia. We went during April off peak and it was perfect everywhere was open but not full to the rafters as I imagine it is during peak summer season. The villa was clean, spacious, comfortable and perfect to us.

My family has stayed here for a week. The staff are generally friendly, and the environment is beautiful. However, our first impressions were quite disappointing. Our 6-person "villa" that we had booked had 1 kingsize bed, 1 normal bed, 1 bed on the ground and a couch that served as a folding 2-person bed. None of these beds were comfortable, except the kingsize bed. The first morning we were woken up early by the children of our neighbors being quite loud. We felt like addressing this to the reception, and they luckily raised the one bed from the ground and said they had talked to our neighbors their children being loud. We didn't bother using the folding couch bed because the springs inside the mattress were too uncomfortable. Be aware that free wifi is only available in the public area. There is no connection in the villas and barely by the pool. The pool has a small bar where you can order drinks and ice cream, which is good. The villas also have their own veranda where you can BBQ. Overall an okay experience, but had its flaws that got resolved in some way.

Horror stay , these villas only offer bed and water , nothing else. We payed for a coffee machine but they did not give us coffee or sugar , we had to buy it ourself. The furniture is old and dirty with bad smell and bad condition. They gave us the bed sheets and we had to mount them ourlsef (including pillows). Very noisy in the morning with strange people walking around . Horrible experience overall.

The appartement was very comfortable: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 3 airconditioning units and a washing machine! However, the park itself is out dated and the staff at the reception tries to avoid and minimise communicating with clients as much as possible. Unable to handle the complaints of the poor wifi quality and people using the swimming pool at night whilst making too much noise. There are 2 steps forward to be taken: 1) get the wifi quality at 2022 level and 2) make sure the staff is proactive and truly clients focused. But, than again: why bother when enough clients show up every summer?
