It was quite good, easy to find, clean, although the facilities look old, the service is worth it for a price of about 50e.

We stayed 4 nights and the only two positive notes of the hotel are the central and very convenient location and the very courteous staff. From the photos I had very high expectations which were completely disappointed. We were assigned a room with a window that overlooked an extra wall covered by scaffolding which made it very dark. The furnishings leave much to be desired as they are dated and an unpleasant smell inside the room. On the second day we used the room cleaning service and the bubble bath was not replaced. For what we paid I expected a lot more considering that breakfast was not included in the price either.

Very central, very kind staff, good value for money, abundant breakfast. I really appreciated the bookcrossing, picking up a volume, and I plan to reciprocate on the next occasion in January.

This is an old hotel that I believe is in restoration process....the picture of the dinning and bar is one of the renovated parts and its a roof top bar where you can have breakfast which is not that good and lacks of lactose and gluten free options

The biggest attraction of this hotel is the location , within walking distance of the Old town with lots of restaurants only a short walk away. The rooms are spotlessly clean but a little on the small side. The staff that we encountered in reception , the breakfast room and the house keeping staff were all excellent, very friendly and more than helpful. We used the Spa pool whcih was good but a little expensive @ €50 for an hour, we both had ma massage whcih was really good and good value. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection available each day. They are currently carrying out renovations but this did not interfere with our stay whatsoever as they only happened from9:00am to 4:00 pm. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a good hotel in excellent location.

The staff was very fourthcoming and kind and the room was good. Small balcony and a spacious bath for that price. They also booked a taxi free of charge. They are stil renovating and thats fine. Safe did not work and they promised to give me a wake up call, but they did not do that. 🫤 Overall a good stay for a cpl of nights and terrific location.

VERY CLEAN HOTEL. STAFF EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST VERY GOOD AND LOTS OF CHOICES. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF ON GOING BUILDING WORK AND HAD BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO THE ROOFTOP DINING SO THIS WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. WE HAD STSUED IN THIS HOTEL BEFORE. A LOT OF STREETS AND FOOTPATHS IN ALGHERO IN BAD STATE OF REPAIR AND DANGEROUS PLUS A LOT OF LITTER. OVERALL A GOOD HOTEL, CONVENIENT LOCATION AND WE WILL GO AGAIN

Lovely comfortable clean hotel, our room had a balcony and a fridge, the bed was comfy and the room was serviced every day, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and not too far from the Old Town. There is a small supermarket just across the street which was very handy.

Firstly the positive. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, in the old town and close to all the restaurant and bars. The room itself was large, but very dated. The main issue was that the hotel had loud renovation work on which started around 8am. This was not advised at time of booking. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere.

This hotel is beautifully situated on a very good shopping street right beside the Old town and therefore close to an endless amount of restaurants. There is a lovely coffee shop with beautiful cakes called Ciro about a three minute walk from the hotel on Via Sassari. The tourist office is close by and you can get the bus to the beach on Via Cagliar in front of the market. Note the back of the market is on Via Sasssari. You can buy your bus ticket in the Tabacchi near cafe Ciro, when you come out of the coffee shop turn left and the Tabacchi is on the corner at the next junction. We had a lovely clean room with a balcony, fridge and air-conditioning that was serviced every day. All of the staff that we spoke to very really friendly and helpful and I would like to thank all those on reception who supplied me with a cup of hot water each night. I would have liked a kettle in my room. Also their breakfast service could definitely be improved. You had to queue for hot drinks, orange juice and milk for your cereal. I felt that the orange juice and cold milk could have been left on the table outside the counter, or else have two staff serving. The queue was often very long, through no fault of the girl serving. which meant that often my husband or myself (depending on who joined the queue) was nearly finished his breakfast by the time one of us had received the drinks.

Nice hotel with nice and clean rooms, good beds and fine breakfast. We had rooms with balcony and seaview. Very friendly staff and helpfull. Recommending. Located in center of a beautiful city of Alghero, near the sea, port and beaches. Parking available nearby.
