Amazing experince! We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and cozy room. Great view! The staff were nice, all of them from reception to housekeeping. I chose Twin Lakes primarily bec they have heated pool, but I didn't like it very much bec of its water condition. I'll def go back. I give 4.5 out of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I love the ambiance, and the service accorded to us, It was an amazing stay. I suggest that the hotel management upgrade their GYM equipment.
The only problem that I encounter is that I left my shirt hanging inside the wardrobe and I wasn't able to recover it.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower but maintenance was able to help fix it.

Smooth experience from Reservations to Check out. Shoutout to Aya and Ms. Melly for assisting us. We arrived on a long weekend so we expected some crowd and long queue at the Front Desk but we had a quick check in experience, thanks to Diether who made sure we got the best view! They also have a heated infinity pool and ofcourse a very attentive Pool Attendant (forgot their names tho). We didn't bother to go out for dinner and instead tried their All Day Dining resto and ordered their best seller Tapsilog and Monte Cristo sandwich. Aside from their delicious food, I find their servers really friendly and they know how to anticipate the guests need. I just wish they would add more F&B Options. Ofcourse, no staycation experience is complete without the breakfast buffet. I didn't expect much but the breakfast spread really exceeded our expectations! (come on a weekend so they have wider options ) Overall, I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and peaceful Tagaytay experience. Special mention also to Kat, Kian and Karlo and to your friendly Security team.
