There a two nice pools at the hotel and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel seems to be a popular destination for Egyptians to bring their kids during school holiday, so I would suggest wearing a one-piece bathing suit. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and was non-smoking. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles and omelettes. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurants and both Izoya and Nazaya have a good ambience and above-average food. Quite pricey and popular among the locals for special occasions like birthdays. If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. The original building is a beautiful historical hotel with a stained glass dome, marble floors and a ballroom, making it a perfect venue for weddings… and Egyptian weddings last until 4am, and the hotel hosted at least one pretty much every night. The music and laughter would have been a problem, except that it was almost completely drowned out by the air-conditioner, which sounded like an old VW Beetle trying to start. Honestly, I didn’t know it was possible for an AC to be so loud. Overall, the rooms and amenities are a bit out of date and faded and could do with sprucing up.

Our favorite hotel in Alexandria. Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza is always our first choice to relax and spend our time with family in Alexandria. Very decent and welcoming staff. The Reception team went above and beyond our expectations. They are very welcoming and helpful. The Security team also is very cooperative and smiling all the time. The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. The magic concierge hahaha overall is really never disappointing the quality of the four seasons. I will always love FS

I feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night.

Located in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem.
