We stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning. Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. The magic concierge hahaha overall is really never disappointing the quality of the four seasons. I will always love FS

It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. At the beginning we had a room with city view, which we did not like. We wanted to see the sea. After consultation with the front desk and a higher price we got another room with sea view. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There is everything that *** can imagine. *** finds something for everyone. Service was also very good. The water in the bathroom did not want to be warmer and a staff came very fast and has everything for us great set and solved the problem. The hotel is very clean and all staff are very friendly. There is a bus that runs every hour for free to the beach. The hotel has a private beach which is only for the visitors and is very clean. There is also an internal pool. We will be back definitely!

Located in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay.
