My family and I had an excellent stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the service and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room service and houses keeping were also up to the standard. Overall, the quality if our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

Extremely bad service, the bed is falling down, and the phone has no cord so I can talk to them. The last negligence is completely insignificant, and the light is out. I have never seen a light go out in a hotel. Colleagues are looking at the stairs. They should take a zero comment. The food is something like beans, vegetables, cold food, and juice.
