I had very bad experience with Jewel Sant Stefano, as I booked Royal suite direct sea view but unfortunately in check in they told me no longer royal suite available and they give us side sea view room, after I reported, they transfer us in next day to direct sea view but not Royal suite, and when I asked for compensation, the supervisor there told me they will be deducted from their salary if I get a compensation! last day in check out I received my car very dirty with cement coverage all my car's body as they parked my car in work area, and unfortunately after I washed my car still cement in the body! staff don't smile and reception staff don't answer the phone and they pick up the headphone and close it directly without response! for me last time and will never back to this property!!!

The view of the Mediterranean is really great. I recommend having a room with a front view. The room is really clean. The AC works so well. The breakfast has so many varieties. The only problem is that the check-in is so late (3 pm), and wi-fi is a little bit slow.

We stayed at the Jewel San Stefano for two nights. The pros: we loved the view of the Mediterranean from our balcony and the semi-private beach across the street. The cons: the sheet on our bed was dirty when we arrived, the water tank in our room only worked some of the time, and the breakfast had limited options. I would only recommend the Jewel San Stefano if you plan on spending a lot your time in Alexandria at the beach.

The hotel was reasonably priced compared to others, but the room was a bit dated, although it was still acceptable. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the behavior of the receptionist, Mai, who was very rude. At check-out, we kindly requested a 15-minute extension so we could pray before leaving. She repeatedly refused, which we found completely unacceptable. Due to this negative experience, I don't think I will choose to stay at this hotel again.

Cleanliness is not good we can rate it fair. The hotel is old need some adjustments. Has private beach but feel like it is opened to everyone. Easy to cross the street as there is traffic lights very near for safety. The room features side sea view but air is limited as the balcony is located between two walls of the hotel. I can rate it 3 star hotel not 4 star in respect to hotel amenities The balcony is too small just accommodating 2 plastic chairs very adjacent and the air condition is protruded on it which make noise for who is sitting ob the balcony There is a supermarket nearby just a small walking distance. Breakfast is nice.

Actually it was wonderful experience as a first visit to Jewel San Stefano Hotel, Staff was very nice and friendly since they're always smiling and helpful for us, I planned for 7 nights but I extended my stay 2 nights more, thanks for everyone 🙏 ( Management, Receptionists, House keeping, room service, kitchen and restaurant, I will plan my next visit in December Inshaá Allah

Advantages: The location of the hotel. The cleanliness of the room. Disadvantages: There is no WIFI, I don't know how!!!, I asked many times about the sign account. There isn't a door look, and this made me stressed.

Before booking they mentioned that they don’t have pool and they have their own private beach ! I went to the beach it’s a disaster. I couldn’t believe that these things still exist . It’s the worst beach
