Quality of service was very poor. Every time when you eat or drink at the restaurant, they insisted to pay and settle the invoice. Even when I asked to charge it to the room.
The property is really beautiful but need maintenance as the carpets really needs cleaning.
Beachside restaurant is not fancy as it should be. Lot of scope for improvement.

Beach was nice , Rooms pool view was also nice and rooms cleanliness was good. I liked the quietness of the place (compared to rest of Alexandria Corniche).
The price was not high and not low, but in general was OK.
Breakfast was OK, acceptable variety and food quality is OK (but not 4 Star level).
There was a car parking lot but too small, you should pick a spot early, but if not you still can park your car outside the Hotel.
The room service girl was very nice and polite, also the reception and everyone honestly.
XXX I didn't like the bathroom , the shower head throw water out of the bath tub and the bathroom floor was always wet, every time take a shower we need to call the cleaner to come and dry it ! No extra tools to do it yourself at least. If this is fixed , i would love to go there again!

The Paradise Inn hotel was an average stay. We arrived in the evening to the hotel and were shown to our room. Our room had no hot water and when we showered, the whole bathroom flooded through a leak in the bathtub. There were also cats roaming the corridors to the rooms which didn’t seem very clean. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very limited and there wasn’t enough seating for all guests. Many of the dishes were empty and not replaced, and there was a lack of glasses, cups, plates and cutlery.

The outdoor pool looked so inviting however the weather was too cold to use it. Breakfast was so delicious and the staff was friendly. The only issue was that the water in my room was not hot enough to take a bath. The heater fan made a slight noise when on.

I wanted to come to Egypt for the first time and see the pyramids. After reaching the hotel, they made me wait at the reception for 4 hours. Even though I said I would check out early, they did not let me into the room even though the rooms were empty for 4 hours. For this reason, I could not go to see the pyramids. It was a 1-day visit.I bought a king room with a double bed. And they were given 2 single beds. Egypt again ?? Absolutely no. Its such a old hotel.

Not bad for the price however the hot food selection at breakfast was not great, the free wifi hardly ever worked and there was a dripping noise coming from the air con unit in my room which was annoying when trying to get to sleep.

I would thanks (Dina) from reception team, she helpe me in early check in with a huge welcoming, at all hotel was good and clean and have a nice beach, maybe the location was far but it good to stay for relaxing and calm.
