The Locations was Good and staff so nice help full Hotel is old building, the view was nice.

The hotel is very old, and the rooms are also very shabby. When I entered the room, there was a musty smell. I don't know how this five-star hotel was rated. I forgot a bath skirt in the hotel. I called the front desk, and the front desk hung up the phone directly.

A business that fails to live up to its name. You can choose a better hotel with the same price, not a price performance hotel. The reason why I gave the cleanliness score 2 is not because of the employees. The cabinets in the room smell due to age. The best service I have seen at the hotel is the employees. Bathroom shampoos were just brand name bottles, filled with cheap soaps 3. Stayed for 10 nights, and they wouldnt even let me check in at 2:45pm, 15 minutes early. 4. Rude woman at reception 5. Breakfast $10 per person 6. They use nestle products; they should boycott for Gaza and use Egyptian water instead.
