I felt the attentive service from the moment I walked in - the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile, and immediately gave us cartoon stickers and children's bracelets when she saw the children. The hotel is very new and the location is super good. There is a supermarket and coffee shop in the park across the road. It is very close to the bus/train and it takes about ten minutes to walk to USDY. The staff are very nice. I originally booked it for a week, but I got used to it and extended it for another week.

It was a great central location, close to shops, eateries, public transport and my office. The room is fabulous with great features including a full sized hair dryer (an absolute must for long hair!) Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again if I need to overnight in the city for work or even as a getaway with family instead of staying in the heart of Sydney. Highly recommend.

This newly opened hotel offers a clean, modern and comfortable stay. Exceptional staffs. Friendly, professional, and helpful. It's within walking distance to the train station, just 2 stops to Town Hall by train. A very convenient location with a quiet environment. Overall, this hotel is fantastic.
