There were no vending machines or ice machine…the breakfast was cold. Hotel in is need of repair. Pool is out of order. Wouldn’t stay again especially for the price.

Was but disappointed that pool was not working, but I can't blame the staff, it happens. Best thing about our stay was the very friendly woman that checked us in. She was very welcoming and polite.

Buyer Beware!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
-Pool had been closed for months and will remain closed for months. However the website won't tell you that.
- When we got to our room the faucet in the bathtub was running and would not turn off. Bolts and piece were strewn about the bathroom counter.
- A guy showed up to "fix" the bath with a steak knife in his hand. Then didn't fix anything and told us maintainence would be up to fix it. Like who was this guy??
- They said they were fully booked and couldn't give us a different room, also said we couldn't get a refund or even a discount. After relentless expressing our displeasure. They did "find" us a new room.
- After going to bed late that night we discovered only one of our queen beds had a comforter on it. The other one only had a waffle blanket and decorative cover. When I called the front desk they said they would bring one up for us. But when they arrived they said they only had these and handed us another waffle blanket. Turns out the waffle blanket they did give us was full of holes!!!
This place was nothing but a disaster from the moment you walk in to see the "Pool Closed" sign and your kid starts crying. Avoid this place!!! No matter how much money you think you are saving, it is not worth it.

Our experience at the Quality was certainly not terrible. The staff checking us in was friendly. She did let us know about some quirks that the room had, namely you had to leave the light switch on for the TV to work. Which didnt matter because when we turned the TV on there were no channels to watch anyway. When we walked in there was a large sign on the door that stated the pool was closed. Which was unfortunate. We had a nine year old with us who had been looking forward to swimming. No mention on the actual Quality Inn/Choice Hotels website that it was not currently available. The room was tidy. But the hotel in general was just showing signs of wear and maybe a little lack of TLC.

Staff was very rude. Room was average but towels in room were dirty. They were folded but had hair and dirty all over them. Room had sand all over the floor. Highly recommend staying elsewhere. I’ve stay in worse but this wasn’t far behind.

The staff was not friendly. They were very loud very early in the morning, yelling across hotel to each other. Waking us up at 5:00am. We played a card game in community room because the pool was broken, and she told us not to make a mess for the people in the morning, like we were children.
