The stay was fine. We had to stay only for one night. But the toilet was unclean. The receptionist at the night was a little impatient. But the person on the morning shift was amazing and catered to any need anyone needed. The amenities were fine. The beddings and temperature were fine too. Breakfast was also good.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and 100% helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped.

Such a peaceful hotel, clean room, the pool is open and ready for summer fun!!

Dated but ok for a rest stop. Service ok.

Housekeepers are the best

They messed up the rooms, gave me keys to someone else’s room, then took 40 minutes to fix the mistake waiting for someone to exit the bathroom, since the lady who just came on shift didn’t want to fix anything since they were over booked, couldn’t eat breakfast it was taken over by foreign soldiers who were not so friendly, Beds were awful, one had a spring that poked you all night and if you turned over made the loudest noises

Well.stay was great. The service worker that was there when i arrive was friendly and down to earth. When the restaurant i visit forgot my utensil they was able to accommodate me also.

wasn't great, wasn't bad at all, decent little spot. price was great. breakfast was good, better than just wrapped muffins but not a full banquet or anything (didn't expect one) For a 3 star average, it's a good place.

I really enjoy this hotel, and i will use this hotel in the future when i come home to visit again in the future!!!!

We love staying here we stay here all the time and our family loves it . It’s small , quiet, and peaceful the staff is awesome as well.

Up on checking in to The Sure Stay in Alexandria, we were given an unclean room. The comforter has many visible large spots. I took a picture and went back to the front desk. The desk clerk worked hard to locate a clean room. Once in the new room, there was a remote controller box and no remote. I went back to the front desk and a search for a remote ensued. She located on and we returned to the room. It worked. She asked me what restitution I wanted. My reply was a clean room and a discount for the inconvenience. We got a clean room. You can refund my charge because your knowledge of this place needs updating. Best Western will be notified.
