酒店外表整體非常高端，前年才開的，走進大廳燈光非常漂亮，再到前台收銀員小巴非常的熱情，入住都時送了幾顆糖果，真的很暖心，在到房間房間衞生很舒適，有自助洗衣房，洗衣服也很方便，退房可以免費寄存行李。都很專業，習慣了住這酒店，就像家的温暖，祝酒店生意興隆，越做越好!

阿勒泰滑雪首選。
去年剛剛新開的酒店，這個雪季來了四趟阿勒泰，都住這裏，已經成了我在新疆的家。
性價比極高，房間大，折騰的開；服務好，前台基本有求必應；衞生也不錯；雖然新酒店，但是開業也有陣子了，沒有裝修的味道；最讚的還是保安大叔，服務熱情有禮貌，面面俱到。外賣機器人送你到房間，停車也方便，各方面都很好！明年再來！

這是一次滿意的旅行，房間衞生特別乾淨，服務態度好，房間是智能的，外賣有機器人配送，很可愛，還有雪場的免費接送，機場也能接送需要提前預約，樓下就是酒吧，慢搖吧，還有各種吃的，特色新疆菜，每個房間還有免費的足浴體驗，還能寄存雪板🏂，下次一定再住，很開心的一次阿勒泰旅行

第一，我兩點到酒店了，結果跟我説滿房讓我等了快半個鍾
第二，酒店衞生非常不乾淨，第一天開始看到枕頭和被子上就都是各種灰塵和毛碎
第三 客房清理衞生方面非常敷衍，浴室的垃圾都沒處理，説了才進行處理
第四 一整個晚上空調開不了，我們在酒店等了 6 個小時，讓前台安排保安上來看了下，結果讓我們等會，我等着等着天都亮了還沒來人，悶熱了一晚上

大床房挺大，床舒服，地暖温度略高，需要開窗手動調温。雪場接送車一輛，一來一回得30分鐘以上，所以錯過一班得等三四十分鐘。景色還不錯，日出能看一半，直接能看到雪場

酒店環境地理位置都不錯，前台小哥哥和保安大叔的服務也很好，保安大叔一看我到門口，立馬過來幫我拿行李，也感謝前台小哥哥一而再的幫我聯繫第二天送機的司機，還打電話和我確認。但是還是有兩點要注意的：8813的電話應該是線路有問題，沒反應，所以會造成機器人送東西時不知道；另外洗浴用品要及時補齊哦，我的沐浴露是晚上洗澡時才補的。
總的來説：酒店還是挺推薦的。

公司出差過來住的，酒店位置很好找，交通便利， 前台小妹妹服務很熱情， 老遠就向我問好 ，辦理入住奉送了一杯熱茶，還免費升級了房型 送了早餐 早餐是自助的 很好吃。上樓阿姨看見人就問好 很滿意👍出差旅遊首選！！ 2酒店位置很好，在商業中心位置，周邊都是吃飯的地方，吃飯打車都很便利，門口就是天鵝湖公園，晚上還可以酒店環境也很好的，衞生乾淨，房間面積很大，網速也很快，安全設施齊全，很滿意的一次入住，下次有機會還會再來的！
