LUXEMON GEM HOTEL

There were a lot of people at the front desk when checking in. Even though the guests surrounded the bar, the staff were still orderly. Staying in a hotel is about enjoying the service and having a good attitude. No matter how many questions I asked or how busy the front desk was, the staff answered me patiently without any impatience. The room was very clean and tidy, I have to give it a thumbs up!

The staff at every position in the hotel were very enthusiastic and gave thumbs up. The security guard helped me open the door (there was a revolving door in the middle of the hotel but I didn’t notice it), the front desk lady introduced me to the surrounding delicacies, and the concierge helped me carry my luggage! I forgot my clothes in the room and they packed them up for me, that was great!

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one really impressed me! As soon as I entered the hotel, the staff had sincere smiles on their faces, greeted me warmly, helped me with my luggage, and patiently checked me in, making me feel at home immediately. This kind of service attitude is really great, and the details show professionalism and care. The layout of the room is also very reasonable. As soon as you enter the door, you can see that the space is used just right and there is no sense of crampedness. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you won’t want to get up once you lie down on it. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it very convenient to use. It is also cleaned very quickly without any odor. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic, and the room staff are thoughtful. Altay Zunemao Gem Hotel is the most comfortable hotel during the trip. I will come again next time! ! ! !

The hotel lobby is very big and the security guy is very polite and helps with luggage. Check-in was quick and the introduction was detailed. The room is very large, and the smart control and smart toilet are very classy and convenient to use. It was nice to have a few clothes hangers delivered by robots. The breakfast was good, especially the braised beef noodles! Add your own braised beef! Since we didn't have a taxi, we casually asked the front desk if they could take us to the airport. Unexpectedly, the hotel arranged a minibus to pick us up at the ski resort, which surprised us very much! I heard from friends that this hotel has just opened a few months ago. It feels very good and I recommend it!
