The hotel location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes, interesting restaurants and all kinds of shopping. It was difficult to manage the over heating in the room, particularly the bathroom (bidet was a nice touch), but leaving the windows open at -20 brought the room temp down to a comfortable +22. Disappointed that the cafe/bar wasn't open, but laundry and gym were clean and modern. Rooms were 'cleaned' each day however clean cups and regular stock would have been appreciated. Water was provided. Front desk and other hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

I came to Altay on official business during the National Day and arrived at Yisen Holiday Hotel early. There was a young lady at the front desk who saw me waiting in the lobby. She was even more anxious than I was and reminded the housekeeper to clean the room many times. She was also very warm and polite to the guests.
I stayed in a tatami king bed room. The room was very clean, had everything you need, and was full of technology. It is worth staying next time. It’s not a pity to choose Yisen as your first stop when traveling to Afghanistan.

It was my first time to come to downtown Altay and I temporarily booked a parent-child room in this hotel. The experience was great.
I really like the sensor lighting at the entrance and the smart control throughout the house, which is full of technology.
