In Altay, where vegetables are not very abundant, breakfast is relied on to supplement vitamins and fiber every day. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and careful. When we don't have time to wash clothes, she helps us wash and dry them before delivering them to the door of the room. The security uncle at the door is very responsible and meticulous. He keeps a close eye on people coming in and out, especially when going to the room next to where the snowboards and snow equipment are delivered. The security guards will pay close attention and there is no need to worry about losing things. I like Altay very much. This city gives me the feeling that it is very enthusiastic and friendly to tourists. This hotel also serves snow friends seriously and has achieved full marks in various small details.

Hotel location is very good to find, free parking, parking lot is very large. The service was great. Just got off the bus and the master helped with the luggage. The younger brother and sister at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and the value was very high. The room was very clean and warm. Atour bedding was well-deserved and very comfortable. The pillows were also very good. The hotel has a laundry room, the kind with drying, and the gym is also fully equipped. Breakfast time is from 8 to 11:30, this is really thoughtful. It should be the best hotel in the local area. Very good value for money, highly recommended

The price of the hotel is right. To be honest, it is similar to a popular hotel. The room may be bigger. I stayed at the hotel at the intersection of General Road last year. The bathroom condition is a mess. This time it is OK, but it is a bit old. Fortunately, the room is big enough. The other is that the service is in place. The room feels a little problem, directly mentioned, immediately solved, you can also change at will, the service part is in place, if the summer renovation is better, the hotel free pick-up group is also good, make an appointment in advance, business car to pick up and drop off, very convenient, breakfast but go early, I don’t usually add it when I get up late. Otherwise, it’s not very good to over-exercise the fee. It’s probably not a rotation for three or four days. It’s basically not repeated every day. The apples are delicious and the milk tastes good. The room can see the foot of General Mountain.

This is our second time staying at Xuedu Hotel and we are glad to be back! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with new technology and serviced daily. The buffet breakfast is delicious and abundant, it will please anyone. But the best part of the hotel, and the reason we come back, is for the exceptional service! The front desk workers are always positive and kind - they go out of their way to make our stay in Altay comfortable and easy (especially because we only speak English). We are so happy we stayed at the Xuedu Hotel for our holiday :)

I stayed for four days. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the buffet breakfast was cancelled, and it was delivered to the room. On the second day, there was plastic thread in the wax gourd. Insufficient, the delivery on the fourth morning found moldy spots on the bottom, I was speechless... I called Meihao headquarters, the customer service said to communicate with the store, but no feedback yet.

I booked this hotel in Altay , it’s very convenient to everywhere , and have different restaurants around , easy to find foods here, and hotel provide free shuttle bus to JiangJun Mountain and also airport / train station, the receptionist 亚亚 and 小吴 are very friendly and helpful so sweet, overall I enjoyed the stay

The hotel is newly opened ~ the location is easy to find ~ mainly for skiing in Jiangjun Mountain, the hotel is in the city, it is very convenient to go to Jiangjun Mountain, and the overall is very satisfied~ but it is true that it also gives a 5 star praise, but both the front desk and the manager give it It helps a lot, and even the direct WeChat butler service is very intimate. The bed is very comfortable! You can see snow-covered mountains outside the room window!  The location is very convenient ~ There is a shopping mall and supermarket downstairs (very good shopping) There is also a stall selling handmade milk candies~ If the weather is too cold and you don’t bring enough clothes to travel, You can buy everything you need downstairs.

From Chengdu, all the way to Altay, choose to live in this hotel, is the most cost-effective hotel we live in this road, the hotel room is large, clean, or smart toilet, the front desk clerk is very enthusiastic, but also help to send things to the room, in addition, breakfast is rich and delicious. I have the opportunity to go to Altai in the future, this is my first choice.
