Most unbelievably kind staff I’ve ever met. In Norway after my father fell ill on a trip and passed away at the local hospital. We have stayed here 10 days while he was sick and now while making arrangements to repatriate him to USA. The staff took incredible care of my mother, myself, brother and sister in law. Delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious and clean rooms. They have cared for us like family.

Was going to give this a great review - the rooms are good sized, the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice. Until midnight, when the bad live music started at some near-empty bar directly under our room (on the second floor). Can't sleep, can't block it out - it reverberates through the thin floors. If you stay here, avoid Saturday and the second floor.

Very good service :)The room was clean With heavenly beds 🙏Nice old fashion Hotel . We had a fligh very early home to Oslo before breakfast time and the reception packed lunches and fresh coffe to go ❤️🇳🇴

During our trip to Norway we stayed in several hotels of the Thon chain. Parking available for free right outside the hotel. The property is only 10/15 minutes from the Alesund viewpoint and the city center. The room was simple but functional. Impeccable cleanliness. Courteous staff. Truly high-quality breakfast with a wide choice and the possibility of finding foods compatible with various food intolerances.

We had a nice spacious room with a separate sleeping area, excellent beds and a separate sitting area with coffee and tea facilities. We also had a terrace with seating. The bathroom was built into the room and had a step, which was a bit less. The breakfast is fine and the staff friendly. You can park for free and it is a 15-minute drive to Alesund.

Hotel oogt van buiten vervallen. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Familiekamer was ongekend ruim met balkon. Oogt wel ouderwets. De douche echter was kinderformaat, circa 1.40 tot aan het plafond. Gratis koffie en wafels fijn voor de kindjes. Ontbijt voldoende niet bijzonder. Gratis parkeren vlakbij supermarkt.
