Lovely hotel in a great location in Alès. Close to train station ( 6mins ), restaurants and in the town centre. Rooms clean with really comfortable beds. Will definitely book again.

Very good welcome. Spacious and very clean room.
Restaurant to avoid, croque Mr..concrete! Very average cold cuts board, no pickles, not enough bread. Too expensive for what we were served with green salad and 4 mini croutons! Breakfast suggestion Much too expensive 27euros! We had a superb lunch next to the hotel for 13e...in short ZERO catering service.

Excellent. Good rooms and beds. Rooms have tea and coffee facilities which is rare in France. Very good breakfast. We spent the weekend on the terrace of the hotel. All the staff are very welcoming. Very affordable

Bed had springs coming through, one towel for 2 people that was paper thin. The window almost fell out of the wall, the street noise made it impossible to sleep. Stay away.

Hôtel très bien situé, literie confortable
Hôtel correct, sans plus. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas un peu plus de concurrence sur les 3 étoiles à Alès !
Sur 2 chambres, une avait l'evacuation de la douche bouchée et le téléviseur qui ne marchait pas.
Le personnel était au courant pour le téléviseur, mais aucune remarque n'avait été faite à la réservation, ni a l'accueil lors de notre arrivée. Et encore moins de proposition de geste commercial (cela n'a pas été réparé pour notre nuitée).
Manque de personnel au pdj, réassort limite malgré toute l'énergie déployée par la personne en place. Et un seul distributeur de boissons chaudes : 2x 5 minutes d'attente pour un thé et un expresso..
