I booked the Ibis Alés centre as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night. I was having an issue booking rooms online so I drove up to the hotel went inside and the very helpful reception booked me a room with breakfast and parking. The room was the usual Ibis type room which was fine and the room had a window overlooking the front. The hotel is in the centre of town so very handy for supermarkets and eating options. There are eating options in the Ibis too. I had the buffet breakfast in the morning and it was fine. A good stop for the night and I would be happy to stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were given what appeared to be VIP treatment, from help with our cases to very prompt table service for much needed refreshments after our journey. The underground car park was most useful as the hotel is located in the middle of a busy town where parking is at a premium. (Larger cars might be tricky to maneouvre on the tight access ramp) The room was comfortable and warm, food was always of a high standard and a wide range of high quality beers was a welcome surprise. We just got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble for the attentive and proficient staff. Cannot award less than five stars, most commendable.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet hôtel Ibis, le personnel est à l'écoute et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. La chambre est moderne, très propre - par contre la chambre était glaciale lorsque nous sommes arrivés (après un long trajet) Nous avons apprécié le parking souterrain sécurisé

Hôtel bien situé au centre ville, facile d’accès. Par contre, prudence pour utiliser le parking souterrain, l’accès est très étroit. Avec mon X3 j’y suis arrivé sans éraflure mais,… Pour le reste, excepté un éclairage salle de bain vraiment mauvais on appréciera une belle déco. partie commune, une chambre propre bien insonorisée avec une bonne literie. On est parfaitement dans le standard d’un hôtel IBIS avec un + pour le petit déjeuner complet et qualitatif. Je n’oublierai pas le personnel très sympathique.

Présence d'un parking aérien et souterrain payant (6 € / nuit). Bon accueil. Chambre avec penderie (6 cintres + 4 étagères). Salle d'eau insuffisamment éclairée (absence de plafonnier). Bonne isolation phonique (porte entre la chambre et la salle d'eau). Wi-Fi fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner (buffet, avec terrasse) : thés, cafés, pains, viennoiseries, madeleines, tarte, donuts, fromage blanc et sec, jambon, saucisse, bacon, œufs brouillés et à cuire, yaourt nature (en vrac), fruits secs et de saison, compotes de pommes, jus de fruits. Possibilité de restauration (fermée le week-end) : Le Cebena.

Hôtel propre et bien situé. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. Un grand merci à Sarah qui s'est démenée pour rendre notre séjour agréable ! Quand nous reviendrons sur Alès nous saurons où séjourner.

Super séjour de 2 nuits/3 jours à l'Ibis centre ville d'Alès. Hôtel bien situé, facilement repérable et accessible. Accueil au top, chaleureux! Merci à Tiphanie au front-desk pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et bienveillance ☺️ L'hôtel est propre, moderne, super déco. Chambre au dernier étage, isolation au top, silencieuse. Literie impeccable, parquet, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Manquerait juste peut-être un plateau de courtoisie pour se faire un petit café en chambre le soir ou le matin. Hygiène impeccable. Climatisation. Petit-déjeuner en buffet bien garni, aliments de qualité, service impeccable, avec terrasse extérieure. Bref, très bonne expérience client, je recommande! Merci à toute l'équipe d'Ibis et à bientôt ☀️👌🏻!
