The hotel is situated at the main town square, next to the church. It is in a historical building and has been in the same family for a few generations. The manager and his wife are very welcoming and friendly, and we very much enjoyed meeting them. We stayed here just one night, and we enjoyed the rooms, with balconies overlooking the main square. The hotel has a sauna and an excellent restaurant. The dinner was a treat of many regional dishes. Nice hiking in the area, from Bletterbach Canyon to a small local lake and incredible airy views of the Alto Adige valley from the rim of the plateau.

Cena romantica a lume di candela davanti al camino, tutto buonissimo e servizio perfetto! In due abbiamo speso 90 euro circa mangiando 2 piatti + dolce + acqua,coperto e un calice di vino (a testa). Considerate solo che il paesino è in montagna e che non c'è nulla oltre il ristorante.

Finalmente riusciamo a ritagliare qualche giorno di meritato riposo e troviamo posto in questo albergo storico dove eravamo già stati. Purtroppo abbiamo troscorso questa mini vacanza al freddo: la camera era gelata!! Anche il bagno, naturalmente!!! Abbiamo avuto anche la sgradita sorpresa della cena: nessuna scelta di piatti, nessuna verdura o assortimento di formaggi e salumi come antipasto.

Siamo stati alcuni giorni in questo albergo con il trattamento di mezza pensione. La costruzione in stile si integra bene nella piazzetta del paese e ci aveva creato grandi aspettative. Sicuramente è positivo il garage che ospita tutte le macchine dei clienti. La camera era spaziosa però mancava un armadio. C'era un mobile a giorno con un piccolo spazio per appendere gli abiti e alcuni ripiani. Quando si scendeva a cena non si sapeva mai cosa veniva proposto con la mezza pensione, mancava il menù del giorno sul tavolo e neanche al mattino veniva comunicato. Inoltre, la durata della cena ha superato sempre le due ore!!! L'acqua veniva servita in caraffa ma fatta pagare come se fosse in bottiglia!! Anche il costo del soggiorno lo ritengo alto in rapporto al servizio offerto.
