Seaclub Alcudia Mediterranean Resort

The hotel is excellent. Good location and plenty to see around it. Close to bus links and shops The facilities are fantastic and you have a sense of space. Great for families and couples alike It’s very clean and our cleaner Monica is very good

Having visited alcudia as a teenager I wanted to go back as fell in love with the place. I booked sea club due to the reviews and location, I wasn't disappointed absolutely loved the place we stayed in block d serenity in a studio apartment my son loved the fact that literally outside the door was a pool that he was in constantly! The staff were lovely and very helpful and there was a lady that did the cleaning I can't remember her name but she was absolutely lovely. We went on days out with no frills Excursions whose pick up point was less than 10 mins away. The shop on site was great selling everything you could need within reason and across the road from reception was spar and little shops and bars. The ***** was not far either. Only Down side was the fridge didn't cool.and the little freezer compartment didn't freeze anything and the air conditioning didn't work properly that's only downside. I didn't want to leave as my heart belongs in alcudia I will definitely be back someday. Thank you seaclub for an amazing holiday.

Very satisfied with evrything, cleaning by Natacha is excellent, and she is very polite and smiling! 5 star! The apartment is spacieous and well equipped with all you need and plus for sirconditioning om the very hot days Er Willy gladlynt be back later!

We absolutely love seaclub, the animation team are amazing and provide so many amazing games and entertainment for the kids and families. We have booked the Seaclub for 4 years running and one of the highlights has been going back to the kids club - Magic garden to see Naty - she is absolutely incredible with the children and offers such a uniquely calm and tranquil space to relax and escape the sun. The crafts she does and care she takes to explain and help the children is very special. Thankyou so much and see you next year.

Wow wow wow!! We’ve just arrived home after a funtastic week at Sea club, from the first arrival we were greeted by Miguel on reception with a huge smile and welcome to the hotel, we had asked Miguel if we could be placed next to each other as my parents stayed in one room and myself and son in the other room, Miguel advised us that there was no 2 x studio rooms close to each other however he said no problem I have 2 x apartment next door to each other so I will give you both a free upgrade l, this was totally unexpected and after an early morning and a long day travelling this was hugely appreciated by us all. Miguel then handed us our room keys and a map on a card of the hotel he advised us we were both located in section D of the complex, he showed us the way on the map and of we went, first look of the main pool and bar area was wow very pretty!! So I’ve read the comments about it section D being away from main complex over a main and busy road…so it’s away from main complex but don’t let that deter you, the entertainment team still visit and you also have tobys magic garden and a splash park for kids and adults alike we we all loved, on top of this across the road in the other side of section D you have a big pool . These comments about it being a 10-15 minute travel to section D then they must all be crawling or doing hand stands on the way, my family times it from the main reception and at a good walking pace even with a 7 year old your talking 3/5 minutes max and that’s still taking your time! It’s over a road but it’s not busy and it’s very safe. The complex is big but we felt very very safe throughout or whole stay. The rooms are pretty much all you need, bed, sink, hobs, towels etc and they are very very clean! Regarding the air conditioning, yes it’s quite but to be honest it does work our room was always cool in the evening after being out for the day at the pool infact I needed to turn it off one day as was too cold other things that people have mentioned is about the TVs not being great or not enough English channels..for me this ain’t a problem, I don’t go on holiday to watch TV or BBC news or Sky news. The channels I had were adequate enough which was great. The hotel has great pool bars which serve food between 11-12 and then 2-6, I think they still sell food between 12-2 but to only non AI which for us was fine as well sometimes we waited till 2 and other times we just went to main restaurant. These areas are all really clean the pool bars food is amazing and the toilets are really clean for being around the pool area. You must visit seabreeze restaurant in section C, a big shout out to Ricardo and Hamza who simply are amazing! Although a special shout out also goes to Ramiro in the main restaurant bar, all the staff including the animation team work so hard at this hotel and every member of staff goes around with a smile on their face.
