Really lovely hotel and cannot wait to be back! Came as a couple, First time staying here, certainly won't be the last. Stayed in room 607 which had some great views. Rooms really clean and all the staff are so friendly! Pool area is lovely and the red lion bar is a bonus, the food at the red lion is fab! Excellent location, you come out of the hotel and walk right and the ***** is just on your door step, I like the way this hotel is situated so it's not smack bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle but only a 3 minute walk! Beach is about a 15 minute walk and is beautiful! Alcudia Beach is SO clean, one of my favourites I've ever been to! Tivoli and Roma are excellent places to eat as a recommendation!

We arrived expecting a very basic self catering apartment to simply use as a base. Whilst this was correct, everything was very clean and functional. The pool was lovely to relax by and play with the children. The whole place had a lovely vibe with really outstanding staff - especially Zack the entertainer who was amazing with our 2 year old. The hotel is on a lovely location and made for an excellent family trip!

For what we paid for two weeks self catering I can't complain about siesta that much, more good points than bad if I'm honest. Great location at the top of the main street, handy to shops, restaurants, bars, bust stops, pharmacy and a doctor's if you need it. Anyone that works there from Gabriel at reception to the men and women in the red lion can't do enough for you! Zack and Laura in the kids club are absolutely fantastic and where amazing with my two wee boys, they were gutted saying goodbye. We stayed in a studio room 112 and if we where ever coming back we would probably need to book an apartment with a bedroom as it was a little cramp for us but we managed! Everywhere was clean and tidy, towels changed five times a week beds done twice a week so no complaints there! The only really downside to siesta is the security or lack of security at night time, there is none! There was a break on while we where there and whoever done it had taken out the window, got into the apartment and was able to wheel a suitcase full of stolen good from the good people we got talking to during our stay straight down the lift and out through the reception lobby! If you are thinking about coming here bring a set of ear buds for night time, I have never stayed somewhere as loud in my whole life unless we just had bad neighbours but you can literally hear everything from the apartment above. Mosquito bites at a high also so bring something for that but that's nothing to do with these fun and friendly apartments! Would I stay here again? Yes I probobly would due to the cleanliness of the place and the helpful faces that can't do enough for you!

The positives: Lovely staff and grounds/pool kept nicely. Food good value at the Red Lion. Location good for shops/restaurants/beach a 5-10minute walk. It was relaxing around the pool as it was quite quiet. Would have to see it in the peak of summer. The negatives: Apartment layout was great for a family with it having 2 bedrooms, but it was very tired which did affect our experience. Broken kitchen cupboards, burn marks on sofa and kitchen table, smelly drains and communal corridors stank of cigarettes. We were also above the Red Lion bar in room 18 so it was very noisy at night, (although did go quiet by 11ish so not too bad) All in all, it was a cheap break so pretty much what we expected.

Delighted with this hotel! Gabriel was excellent on our arrival and the cleaners had our room done a little earlier for us which was much appreciated! Spacious apartment and just perfect for a bike, cases and a bike box! Our friend stayed in a higher spec room for this event a few miles away, very costly and it was nice but pokey and no room with a view! This looked out onto the mountains on one side and the pool the other! The pool is perfect if one of you is competing and one wants to do a little relaxing too! It's a bit of walk to the start line but we hired a car and drove up on race morning! Loved the book exchange in this hotel, the best I have ever seen, thank you! Ran down the near the beach every day, so nice down there and got some super early morning beach photos, the light is mesmerizing! Enjoyed the marina and there is a beautiful restaurant called Aqua which sits right next to the beach and a a fab buffet called Lago buffet libre where we went after the 194 mile bike ride. Lots of little shops to peruse too right near the hotel. Having our own kitchen area, space for race prep, space for the bike and the box, a relaxing pool area, all at a decent price, made this a perfect race venue, thank you so much!

Stayed at these apartments for a week in October. On arrival we had to pay a tourist tax of €30.60 euros. The WiFi is free and also the room safe. The lady who booked us in, Elaine was very polite, helpful and friendly. We did have a slight problem with the WiFi as it did stop working, but Elaine was very helpful and said she would contact the company about the fault, however it wasn't necessary as it stated working again. We had a pool view studio. It was a lovely and clean, twin beds together with a bed settee. The kitchen was behind 4 doors and had a 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery etc and various kitchen utensils. Double wardrobe and ironing board. The pool area is very nice, however the sunbeds are really hard plastic and are very uncomfortable. Maybe a change of sunbeds is needed? We did enjoy our stay here and would stay again. It's only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants, about 10 minutes walk away from the beach. There is also a pub called the Red lion but we didn't use it. There is Entertainment also.

The hotel is in a good shape. We had never had a problem with finding parking space. The nicest beach on the island is within a 30min walk. There are few nice restaurants nearby. Room was modest but spacious. Balcony wasn't smile either. The pool was nice and clean. In the evening it is covered with shade as the hotel has multiple storeys and sun hides behind it. Mini disco is also very nice though you will meet some unwanted friends - mosquitos. There are UV lamps everywhere so the psquitos situation is pretty much under the control. The only minus I can think of is that my kids damaged all their swim vests and trunks while using the pool. The endg of the pool is made of a raw concret. It is not slippery but you may say bye bye to swimming clothes.

Never usually leave reviews but this time is a must! First time in Alcudia and first time taking our kids abroad as a family. The kids absolutely loved Siesta!! As did we! We were delighted to find we had been given a pool view room upon arrival. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I was very apprehensive about using the kids club but with much persuasion from our kids I let them go….they LOVED it so much, they just adored Laura and very quickly gained our trust and put us at ease leaving the kids for a couple of hours in their care. The kids would have spent all day everyday there if they could have! The pool was great, spacious and clean. Food from Red Lion was great, very quick service and ate there most days. Evening entertainment was fabulous, especially the guy doing the Robbie Williams covers - he was fantastic!! Other than mosquito bites which is no fault of the hotel we have absolutely zero complaints and think we have found our home from home for many years to come! A massive thank you to all staff especially at Kids Club from Olivia, Evie and Family ❤️
