I quite liked Siesta I Apartments. My partner and I went and we really liked the structure of the complex, both for its spaces, facilities, services and others. It is located on the "outskirts" of the town but really very close to the street of bars, supermarkets and arcade, so it is appreciated that there is tranquility in the area.
Everything went super well.
The only buts that I could put would be the lights (which did not work well for us or were burned out), some kitchen implements (although everything is essential) and, which is not the fault of the place itself, the number of children running and screaming for hallways at all hours (typical of many resorts). Apart from these details, everything is incredible and for a fairly modest price.
Without a doubt, if I return, I would repeat.

Arrived back home this week and thank god for that! The minute we turned up I was hoping the driver had arrived at the wrong place. Buckets in the reception catching water which was there for 9 days! Rooms very dated and not well kept, broom handle marks on the ceiling where someone had obviously been trying to tell the upstairs to be quiet, dogs barking due to residence living there, children cutting their feet in the pool on the loose / missing tiles, broken AC for days and they wouldn’t allow me to upgrade even if I paid! The list goes on. Would not recommend at all. I have never complained about a place before but this is over priced for what you get.

We stayed for a few nights and unfortunately couldn’t get proper sleep because of the noise. There was loud talking and doors slamming in the hallways during the night and early mornings. Every night the same thing. And if it wasn’t drunk people, it was dogs barking etc. We even asked the reception in the middle of the night if they could ask the people next door to keep it down, but they just said the noise wasn’t loud enough to do anything. That felt quite unfair – we couldn’t sleep, and they didn’t seem to care. Also, the staff in the bar weren’t very friendly. At breakfast, nobody even said good morning or smiled. Just not a nice feeling overall. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Arrived at 1am and slow check in had us sitting around for 1 hour plus before we eventually reached the desk. 7 night stay and room was not cleaned once, had to request loo roll, new towels and bedding, still wasn’t changed we had extra delivered to our room we had to make up ourselves. Don’t book a taxi via the hotel they will have you waiting around for an hour with none arriving. Shame to leave such a bad review as the pool and bar staff are amazing but the rest of the staff let it down

Just got back from this hotel after a weeks stay with my family and what a fab time we have had!! Was a bit worried with some of the bad reviews but we had an amazing time and I wouldn’t go by the reviews!! Room was clean and very spacious for what we needed as we were hardly in the room!! Food out of the red lion pub that is attracted is beautiful and well worth the money The staff were very friendly and always on hand if you needed any help! Pool area was our favourite my little boy absolutely loved it especially the splash park!! Was always beds too so no need to rush for one!! Would I return absolutely ❤️

Just returned from 4 days here with my sister and niece. Was a bit sceptical when I read some of the recent reviews about dogs running around, thin walls etc, but the apartments were fantastic. It is clean, friendly and a perfect location to explore Alcudia. The Red Lion which is affiliated to the apartments is great value for money. The service is fantastic, the food choice and drinks is plentiful and the prices are very reasonable (large portions are served). The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds. Zak was a great entertainer, really enjoyed the water aerobics. Reception staff were very friendly, Dave and I think his name was Gabrielle were exceptional, very accommodating. The rooms are maybe a bit dated, however very comfortable and clean but sorry you are paying for a 3 star (rated by Jet2) and 2 star rated by the apartments, so don't expect 5* luxury. Those who have complained about the apartments maybe need to re-think when they book a 2 or 3* - for the money you pay for this expect what you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely go back.

We stayed in may 2022 & may 2023. Both visits we had a fantastic time. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The Red Lion sells lovely food and are decent prices and even made accommodations for my fussy eating children. I'd definitely reccommend & cannot wait to visit again.

We stayed for 10 nights and had the most fantastic holiday. The Siesta I is spotless and has the most wonderful staff. We stayed in a Studio with 3 adults and 1 child and it was perfect, spotless, bigger than expected and never ran out of hot water either. The pool, splash pad and park was a huge hit with my daughter. She even joined in activities at the mini club and all the staff were wonderful. I even won a free cocktail during one game. With it being self catering, we ate and drank a lot at the Red Lion which is situated onsite and we could not fault anything, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff worked so hard and were friendly. Already looking for rebooking as I had a wonderful time.x
