Viva Eden Lago

We stayed in room 202 which was facing the street but that wasn't a bad thing at all. The room was immaculate, air con worked great as long as the patio door was closed, bracelet entry into room. The room had a fridge, kettle, cooking hobs, pans, hair dryer, etc. We were able to extend our checkout until 2pm for a price of €18. Entertainment was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar service there is an option to scan a QR code using your smart phone at your table for table service. Food excellent, drinks excellent. For the bus to Alcudia port and market use but 324 on the main road which costs €3 per person. Walking to Alcudia port takes roughly 1hr. Taxi is roughly €10.

Pillows and beddings were super soft. Rooms were spacious and clean. Foods and drinks excellent, best meals with plenty options for the whole family. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel especially Mania at reception, this was a great experience for our first family holiday.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Eden Lago. This was our first experience of an all inclusive holiday and we weren’t disappointed. The buffet had a huge amount of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner so that we could all find something that we liked. There were plenty of daytime activities to get involved in if we wanted, and the evening entertainment was good. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool got busy during the daytime but there’s a lovely beach only 5 minutes walk away. There’s also a bus a couple of minutes walk that takes you into Alcudia old town (2 euros per person each way) - the hotel also runs a free bus there on market days (Tuesdays and Sundays). We’d read the reviews that mentioned mosquitoes but we didn’t have a problem with bites. All in all, a great hotel in a lovely location that we hope to return to.

Booked with Jet2 holidays in a royal terrace room for 7 nights on all-inclusive for 2ad and a 15 year old. Nice staff on reception, room wasn't ready until after 3pm so stored suitcases and had lunch. Wrist bands were given which acted as your key aswell which was much easier then having cards and losing them! 1 card was given for the electricity slot. Our room was amazing! Large bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. Separate bedroom divided by sliding doors and pull out bed in lounge. Plenty of storage space. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge, and kitchenware. Table with chairs. Air conditioning wasn't the best but did a job. No charge for safe. Amazing large balcony with 2 sunbeds, patio set, balise bed and jacuzzi bath. Lovely lake view, although this did attract mosquitoes and we did get bit quite alot. Maid service daily. Pool towels supplied. Nice pool area with no sunbed wars, you could take your pick of a sunbed. Animation team were nice and activities arranged daily, more for the little ones but my teenager did play darts and water volleyball and football. All the evening entertainment was outside featuring singers,magician and dancers, all ended with the animation team doing their dance/song. Food was good, lots of selection. The food in the pool bar was very good if you fancied it instead of the buffet restaurant. Waiter service for all drinks and food at the pool bar. Sometimes the staff were a bit over run and some tables weren't cleared so it did look messy. One of the chefs was very nice and funny. He was serving at breakfast omelette and pancakes, I didn't get his name. Five minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach and to the nearest shops. Playa de muro is a lovely quiet resort and 10 euros in a taxi to Alcudia if you want a busier night. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for nice staff, good food and royal terrace accommodation. If I had to say a negative, it would be the mosquitoes, but obviously, that is beyond the control of the hotel. Just take all you need to fend them off!

Starting with all the pros as barely any cons…great hotel starting with friendly receptionists and staff all round. In my opinion, this is more of a family orientated hotel which is great for us (2 adults and a 3 year old) there is so much on at the hotel for kids and adults also all day. All kids crew club staff were brilliant and friendly, my daughter took a particular shine to Clara who deserves a special mention as she always made such an effort knowing she was the favourite and going the extra mile! The evening entertainment was also great, something different every night. There was a mini disco for kids from 8-8:45pm and then singing or a show that ended at 10pm which for me was perfect for us and not too late. It seemed busy in the hotel but we always got a table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool was fine too. Lovely selection of food as well, lots to choose from everyday (we were all inclusive). Beach and so many shops and pubs if you weren’t all inclusive and plenty of buses to travel round. Bike hire we did as well which was fun. Hotel is lovely overall. Views of the lake absolutely stunning but if your a mosquito attracter then be warned! I got bitten loads even with my repellent stuff, but my husband and daughter weren’t once! Only other cons are shower wasn’t great as would flood easily and the one on the ceiling wasn’t great and we had a room right by the bins so a bit noisy but we didn’t pay extra for a pool room or anything so can’t complain as such! Just something to note. I would recommend this hotel if you want a family, friendly holiday with lots of fun and things to do!

Nice and clean hotel near the beach. Brilliant staff, working their socks of to please their visitors. Good and varied selection of food. Amazing sunset. Definitely would go back. A great activity team also must be mentioned. Suited activities from age 2 to 100 years old
