Innside Alcudia

Stayed here from 17th sept - 1st October Excellent hotel, rooms spotless and plenty of space for your clothes, cases etc, the cleaners are in every day giving fresh towels etc it’s close to beach and bars and restaurants are on your door step. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was perfect always plenty to choose from I opted for the omelette that was made fresh in front of you always something different to choose from. My only complaint about the hotel would be the entertainment. I thought there would be games etc around the pool in the daytime but there wasn’t any. It Was a nice chilled vibe with plenty of sun-beds never had to rush or put towels down early but I do wish there was something for guests (water polo) aqua aerobics etc maybe it was because of the time of year we went the entertainment on a night was a bit disappointing I would of liked child entertainment, mini disco, bingo games etc but again was very chilled. other then that hotel was perfect and I would of given 5 stars I would deffo return again. Thanks for a great holiday

On arrival my 1st impression was WOW reception staff helpful happy & insiteful. Room was stunning exceptionally clean large room, comfortable beds great balcony. Full size fridge microwave kettle complimentary tea/coffee. Mugs & 2 sets of glasses for drinks. Plenty of storage Bathroom was spotless great towels that actually cover even get a beach towel for the pool. I stayed B&B the breakfast was great plenty of choices Will 100% book this hotel again loved loved loved it.

We were warmly welcomed at Melia-INNSiDE by the incredible Albert and Zaza at reception. Albert’s humour and kindness was a breath of fresh air, turning a traumatic 24 hours into something positive. Had to check out of a different hotel that morning (due to the other hotel having fragrances in the common areas, even though I'd double checked this prior to booking, for nine nights but left after just one). Albert and Zaza found us a Loft Mount Sunview room, which was spacious, stylish, huge walk in wardrobe area, and had a kitchen in it and lounge and big balcony. The hotel is fragrance free, has a unique relaxed, ibiza type vibe, pool, restaurant, bar and plemty of space. There's a working hub area with charging points near reception. breakfast is upstairs. There's also a spa, gym, and shop. The hotel was like a sanctuary, completely transporting you from the surrounding area in Alcudia, which lacks in nice bars and good restaurants. Laura, the resident DJ, was amazing. I was constantly shazamming her tracks—they were that good! The hotel's location is also a good base for exploring Mallorca. There's a long beach 5 mins walk away, and I found a fabulous clothes shop called Bamboo that have gorgeous clothes/ibiza vibe tops and dresses. The hotel is just a 20-minute bus ride to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful seaside town and we took a cab there but you can get a bus - which runs every 10 minutes for just €1.50, and the ride is super convenient with a taxi rank near the bus station. While in Puerto Pollensa, don’t miss the Tecun Beach Bar and Lemon Lounge Bar for drinks. For dining, La Cabaña for tapas and La Batucada for cocktails. If you're craving a beach vibe, we went to Numa Beach one night - its an absolute must—had the best time there! DJ, saxaphone, beautiful decor and very good cocktails. Palma is only an hour away by bus (€1.50) so I did a trip there and saw the Catherdral, Arab baths and the old town which is incredible. The main square, 'Andana,' in Palma, offers fab local cuisine and Mallorcan. In Alcudia, recommend Paco's bar for a bit of karaoke! And Bodega des Port is an authentic and v good restaurant just opposite the hotel. The food is divine and they cater well for gluten free, dairyfree people like me. If you're in the mood for traditional Mallorcan food when you're in Mallorca, the Tombet (potatoes and vegetables) are good. Melia-INNSiDE was such a great find, even thoigh we hadnt planned on staying there when originally booking, it was on my research list funnily enough, so was meant to be! Amazing staff, great vibe, and perfect location for exploring the magical island of Mallorca.

Couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel from when we checked in to when we checked out. Ok, maybe the pool bar prices are a bit excessive but everything else from staff, rooms, breakfast options, services such as kids club, pools etc were genuinely first class We had pool view room which was excellent, the only strange thing we found was although room had a sink /fridge and microwave, no cutlery was supplied. So if eating in room at any stage it was a bit of a hassle, until we managed to take some from breakfast restaurant. Our kids like to have simple lunch in room for a short while to get in from heat. Breakfast had everything you need, staff were very friendly and attentive Kids club was very good as was the pool games in afternoon for kids. The attached Italian restaurant to the hotel was also very nice food, service We will 100% return here. It’s very hard to get round as buses are often full or taxis hard to get , we preferred old town or port area to the ***** , but none of that is the hotels issue. Maybe a mini bus transfer once or twice per day would be a good idea for hotel in future

Fabulous family oriented hotel with great pool area and 5 star evening entertainment..rooms are lovely and food is great.. friendly, helpful staff despite how busy they are. The decor in the communal areas of this hotel is stunningly beautiful, especially as night with all the lighting and plants/ palm trees! Feels like you’re in Morocco because it’s so lush and exotic! Drinks are very reasonable and although I was with my grown up daughter we agreed the facilities for kids is great! Overall a lovely experience and would definitely visit again.
