This is our go to hotel when we visit Madrid. It is super convenient in terms of parking. Alcorcon offers no traffic, easy access to the Madrid city, stores, supermarkets if you need them. Love this hotel!

The room was clean. The subway station is very close. Convenient to travel. There is a restaurant street at the door. Eating is very convenient. And there are 2 large supermarkets.

The female staff in the lobby is really, really, really kind!
The free vending machine in the lobby has delicious warm milk, too. Haha
The hotel location may seem far, but it's easy to get to Central by subway,
and it's a huge benefit to be able to stay at this facility for this price.
There's also a large supermarket near the accommodation, so it's good to buy snacks.
Recommended!
But even the washed towels smell a little like sauce? They're clean, though.

The girl at the reception was horrible, unpleasant and on top of that she wanted to charge me more than what they had told me in the message. Luckily I had everything saved by email.
Another colleague had an expired license and they did not want to register her. I reluctantly let her sleep but without searching her.
When I told him that he was being a little unpleasant, he still replied that he could be much more so. We are totally incompetent.
Because of him we don't come back again, and we need 7 double rooms once a month.
Well, it's their loss.
