The service was very good. Seeing that I was tired, they let me check in an hour earlier.
The room was clean, tidy and odorless.
The breakfast was also good and rich.
The check-out procedure was simple.

Nice hotel,about 10 minutes walk from La Grange metro (line 10).Friendly staff,nice rooms and good price,around €30 taxi to the airport.Has a good bar and they do meals as well.Not a great deal to do in the area as its in an industrial area but rooms are at a good price

Decent hotel for business travellers. Rooms are clean and tidy. Room rate is fine. Bar prices are ok. Public transport (Metro) is a bit far from the hotel. Crossing the highway to go to Alcobendas city centre is a bit complex, better take a cab.

not the best i was not a fan of the hotel i feel like there are much better places to go, however ibis hotels are good overall just not this one, i felt like the food was not the best nor was the rooms

Used this as a base for a stop over.The hotel doesn't look that far on map but it's not really that close.Cost us €30 each way by taxi.We had two rooms and they put us next to each other.The rooms are small but clean no tea and coffee facilities v basic.Bed is v comfy tho.I wouldn't use this hotel again as too far from airport.

In general it was according expectations except restaurant that they had only available 24h food something looks strange because was a normal day. I have been on different Ibis and on this have seen this special issue related food that doesn't understand. Room and service was according I was looking for.

**Not recommended** My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the entrance, you could notice the lack of care and cleanliness, as there was a lot of rubbish and plastics lying around on the floor, which gave a very bad impression from the first moment. When we arrived at the room, the first thing that caught our attention was the state of the sheets: they were very wrinkled, which gave the impression that they had not been changed or prepared properly. In addition, there were only two large towels for the entire stay, which was insufficient. In general, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired, and for these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many better options in the area for the same price or even cheaper. --- This type of review reflects the negative aspects without being offensive, but is clear and honest about your experience.
