The hotel is located in a new area not far from the airport in the suburbs. There should be some schools or emerging industrial parks nearby. This time we stayed mainly because we had to return the car to the airport and leave the country the next day.
There is a gas station about 8 minutes walk around the hotel, with a small supermarket attached, where you can buy some simple food and drinks.
The hotel rooms are spacious. Because it is an apartment, refrigerators and kitchenware are all available for cooking.
The hotel also has a laundry room, which provides paid services. It happened that we had been traveling for a while and some clothes were washed and dried here. This is pretty good.
There are many rooms in the hotel, most of which should be long-term guests, many young people, but it is not crowded.

Great place to stay while traveling or just as a student or expat. I especially recommend it in the summer when the swimming pool is open. They also have a gym, massage chairs, a paddle court and vending machines. The metro is near by and there are supermarkets in the area.

I had a good experience. Livensa is a good place with a nice community and lot of fun things to do. I also met a few of the recepcionist, among them Youss, who was nice and kind and assisted me from my arrival to my departure ☺️ I would certainly recommend it!

Les oreillers n'était pas super confortable et il manquait le papier toilette mais à part ça, c'était génial ! La chambre était propre, les parties communes aussi et il y avait cours de tennis, piscine etc... tout était parfait. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Petit studio très agréable pour une semaine. Notre chambre donnait sur les montagne enneigées. Ce studio est tout équipé, il dispose de quoi cuisiner, une salle de bain tout équipée mais aussi d’une télé et d’un bureau ! Je recommande à 110% !

La mejor resi de madrid sin dudas, todo muy bien cuidado y extremadamente limpio. Todo el personal bilingüe y muy bien educado. Hemos tenido la mejor experiencia en la residencia y permaneceremos por mucho mas tiempo hasta que sea posible.
