The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either.
I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

Very old hotel with a taste of European medieval! Very refined and hygienic, next to the University City attractions! A few minutes walk from Cervantes Square, leaving the hotel. Friendship reminds you not to go, if you go to the famous attractions in the city center is very inconvenient!

Hotel with pros and counters. The location and its location very good. Also buffet breakfast. But we thought the type of toilet and shower of the room was fatal: two small cubicles separated by a washing to the foot of the bed. These two ”cubes” located just over 1 m from bed did not leave the least intimacy to go to the bathroom by being closed by transparent and transparent glasses or to shower if your roommate see you naked. The glass door of the ”cube” of the bathroom was not closed well, leaving a 2 cm opening, which did not isolate the room from smells. The bathroom and the roof were lit and shut off at the same time (serial wall circuit instead of parallel installation).

공항과 가까워 이용하였습니다. 시설과 서비스는 보통이었고 방 내부에 수납공간과 러기지공간이 있어 편리했습니다. 방은 둘이 사용하기 적당한 크기로 쾌적하였습니다.
나는 2층에 숙박했고 자정부터 새벽내내 1층에서 올라오는 담배냄새 때문에 괴로웠습니다. 금연공간에 대한 관리를 좀 더 철저히 한다면 완벽할 것입니다.

Hotel service is good, the environment is better, clean and warm, people linger. There is a private parking garage and free breakfast. Especially clean. I will definitely go again in the future.

GGuest UserWe had a family event and I chose it because of the location close to my mother's house. We arrived at 12 noon and they already had the room ready, very kind and pleasant. Some things to improve are the pillowcases that had some stains and the shower holder that was broken and if you moved it a little the shower head fell 😅.
