El hotel estaba muy bien, tanto en limpieza como trato.
Cabe destacar que tanto el colchón como las almohas eran súper cómodas. Y el desayuno bien, alomejor poco variado pero bien. El único pero que pondría seria que no tiene insonorizacion se escucha las habitaciones que tienes ambos lados pero por lo demás perfecto no tuvimos ningún problema en los 5 días que estuvimos. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda

Beautiful hotel in Alcalá de Henares. With a very attentive and helpful staff. We stayed for one night. We came to see the Mercado Cervantino which we loved. I recommend this hotel for either a short or long stay. The rooms are very nice and updated. Comfortable beds and everything for a very affordable price. I recommend it.

The rooms on the top floor have a large terrace that is perfect for enjoying on summer days. The location is good and the reception is open 24 hours. The pillows are a bit hard and uncomfortable, as is the noise insulation, since you can hear the rooms next door as well as the cleaning staff from very early on. Good experience in our case. We visited this hotel with a gift voucher that they had given us, so we only had one night's accommodation. They accepted the use of this voucher on an unusual day, since the hotel's availability allowed it. At all times the attention of the receptionist was quite good, both on the phone and once we arrived there. At the hotel the staff were quite friendly and cordial. It is in a good location, with very easy parking, and just fifteen minutes walk from the historic center of Alcalá de Henares. The room was clean and comfortable.

We are a family with 3 children, we spent one night. They treated us super well, from the girl at reception, who explained everything wonderfully, to the girl at the bar and the cleaner. Exceptional treatment and they went out of their way to help our son with autism, which I thank them for the way they treated him. Everything was fine, very good cleaning, buffet breakfast, everything very tasty and varied. We will stay at this hotel again, we were delighted and the price was phenomenal. Thank you very much for everything.
