Hotel Complutense

The best thing about it was the location for walking, close to the center and supermarkets. The average thing was the parking and service. The worst thing was the cleanliness: the bathroom was dirty, the room wasn't swept, and the breakfast was not good. We requested a double bed and were told they didn't have any "economy" ones. We also informed the cleaners, and they promised to come the next day to clean them, which they didn't. Regarding breakfast, it's at a nearby bar and only includes orange juice, coffee (not hot chocolate, which is more expensive 😳), and toast with butter/tomato, or a croissant. In short, this isn't the place for us. Thank you.

We had a family event and I chose it because of the location close to my mother's house. We arrived at 12 noon and they already had the room ready, very kind and pleasant. Some things to improve are the pillowcases that had some stains and the shower holder that was broken and if you moved it a little the shower head fell 😅.

El personal de recepción excelente, profesionales y simpáticos. La limpieza mucho que desear, que sea un hotel económico no quiere decir que tenga que estar sucio! Solo por eso no volvería a reservar este sitio.

Small hotel located in the heart of Alcalá de Henares where access for people with reduced mobility is very difficult, since they do not have a ramp to access it. I stayed in a room on the second floor, the room was very small in size but had everything necessary. The negative is that to access the balcony or the second bed you have to go sideways since the space between the wall and the end of the bed is very, very narrow. Also, a negative aspect is the size of the bed, due to my height (1.70) when I lay down on the bed my feet and part of my legs were hanging. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a paper posted at the reception notifying guests that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that for this reason, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. construction work would be underway when the renovations, noises, and machines began to work. at 09:25 in the morning. The sink has a dispenser with hand soap as well as the shower and also has towels. If I visited Alcalá again, I don't know if I would return to the same hotel, since I couldn't rest well due to the length of the bed.

Lo primero diré que la noche me costo mas de 120€ , que para un hotel de esas características es bastante caro. Habitación pequeña, la cama la ponen torcida para que quepa en la habitación, si te tumbas en la cama (persona de 1,80) se le salen los pies del colchón y como es tan pequeña te tocan con la pared. La distancia de la pared al colchón ( lo que se supone que es el paso hacia el otro lado de la habitación ) es tan pequeño que no cabe ni la maleta. Huele a tabaco, limpieza escasa , cuando bajas a recepción y les comunicas que no estas nada de acuerdo con la habitación que es tan pequeña que no puedes ni moverte en ella te dicen que es tu problema ,vamos que el que se salgan los pies de la cama con una medida de 180 puedo entenderlo como mi problema pero el que las fotos que anuncian de las habitaciones y el espacio entre cama no tenga nada que ver con la realidad cobrando mas de 120 € me parece que es de vergüenza entre otras cosas porque se escudan en que son un hotel 2 estrellas , pues cobren como lo que es que es un cuchitril Adjunto fotos para que se observe que no tiene nada que ver con las fotos publicadas por ellos mismos
