Home 2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque / Downtown - University

Best hotel, great location off freeway. 10 min from old town. Comfy beds. Lots of room to move around in the room. Privacy Curtain between sofa bed and 2 queens. The sofa bed was actually comfortable! Lots of cabinet space and counters for storage, breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean. Kids wanted to go to the indoor pool (towels provided) and they had a good time, but I must say that the flooring surrounding the pool was TILE and it was VERY slippery. My children were walking slowly and carefully and still slipped and fell many times. I was tense the entire time worrying about the kids slipping. It was probably the worst flooring to have near a pool. Please be careful.

The grounds and ****** were very nice. However, the music in the ****** was just a bit too loud. Heard someone else complain about that too. The hotel room was quiet, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Nice touches all around.
DoubleTree by Hilton Albuquerque
3.5/598 Reviews
I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.
Isleta Resort & Casino

Both my wife and I got massages from Kyle today, and we both raved about how great it was for 10 minutes when we saw each other after comparing notes. He was communicative and wanted to know what we were after up front, and absolutely delivered a wonderful and customized experience. I don’t get a ton of massages, but this was as good as I’ve gotten anywhere, from Hawaii to Texas, and the work he does with warm towels made it my favorite I’ve gotten period. When you book an appointment the desk asks if you’re comfortable with a male provider up front, and if it’s Kyle you should absolutely say yes. He’ll treat you wonderfully, considerately, and he’s outstanding at his craft.
Hotel Chaco
4.6/5102 Reviews
From the moment we arrived our experience at Hotel Chaco was beyond our expectations. It is a beautiful property, with the interior very tasteful and reminiscent of the Chaco culture. The service was very friendly and efficient. From dinner and drinks at the rooftop bar, to happy hour on our balcony we found plenty to enjoy. Thank you to the staff for the warm treatment and smiles: Arianna, Edward, Sam, Eric, Sarah, John, and those whose names we didn’t catch. We hope to return soon and often.
