Heavy traffic with loud cars and noisy traffic. Limited places to walk for dinner or lunch

Great service and well taken care of The room was emaculate. The breakfast was very good with many options. The staff and parking attendants were quick and friendly. We loved staying here

Offered parking but wasn't told there would be a charge. Didn't receive a bill for it either. Later, customer service insisted it was not their fault. Won't stay here again.

Breakfast was a joke. Stale English Muffins, so tough. Eggs needed a knife to cut, made at 7am and never changed out till the end at 11am. Should have changed every hour. Out of Tortillas first day as well as sausage, never replenished. No fruit for the yogurt till I complained. Never take a room facing Central avenue, way too noisy, didn't get much sleep for 2 nights.

All about class! - just not that kind of class. This hotel - it's lobby, rooftop lounge, and fitness center (though no pool) - is an impressive place to stay. If it weren't located where it was, we would return. Unfortunately, it's situated in an economically devastated portion of Albuquerque's Downtown area. This results in a restrictive environment of getting stuck IN elevators or stairwells and OUT of your parking lot. Staying at this hotel was a complicated dance of key-card possession and class-system-engineered breakfast floors. (We unfortunately scored the rate with the inedible, cardboard sausage and the runny, fake eggs - AFTER - my children had come from downstairs and walked past the fancy offerings of the first floor class). After an evening walk past vagrants and a morning (room with a) view of the food pantry lines across the street, we'd already had some gritty conversations about poverty and wealth; so our children were ready to hear: we may not "get the rich person's breakfast downstairs," but at least we "have jobs and don't have to stand in line across the street." As residents of NM, we feel lucky to (still) be in the middle class. Who knows how long that will last. Side note: we loved the fitness facility and playing corn hole on the roof near the gas fire pit. Very cool thought behind the interior design, as well.

Hotel was great with several relaxing areas (great patio), very clean, and staff were super friendly and helpful!
