The hotel was amazing very respectful staff the room was amazing amenities were great aswell very close to many places to get food walking distance a small little minor discretion the door chain lock was broken but no biggie other than that I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again

Awful nasty dirty place found Roaches crawling throughout the room and what really was the end of out stay was the spiders. Spiders at foot of the bed and who knows where else also they say they have security walking around parking lot but can't really secure the lot when he is in conference room watching terminator while people are outside in bed of my truck trying take things . We left with 2 nights still on our trip and Nativo refused to refund us 2 night that we weren't staying didn't make sense to me but I recommend staying away from this place "the Cockroach lodge"

Half of the TV stations didn't work. There was no phone in the room. No way to contact front desk. There was no coffee in the morning as promised. The additional lock (chain lock) got stuck. The bed frame sticks out way past the mattress.

The hotel needs a lift, elevator is very dirty, very limited toiletries available. Restroom has basics but outdated. The restaurant needs privacy, we were not excited to eat there. The hotel feels old and not well taken care of. We loved the art in our room and is definitely what brought us here. The tv is small in the room.

So Nativo is our place! We love it! Yes the elevator is got it's quirks, but the artist rooms are amazing and the staff are pretty chill (miss u Bella).
The only hiccup this time was the new restaurant.. definitely different from what they had before!! Restaurant staff was rude, unorganized and we felt like we were totally inconveniencing them.. I mean I asked for a glass of water and was told they'd shut down the machine and couldn't get me one... So I walked out of the restaurant to the bar and grabbed a bottle.. total incompetence! Luckily the hotel is near a good number of restaurants so this next stay, well be eating out..
But I highly recommend the bar, bartenders are very skilled, make excellent drinks and super friendly!
And if you do decide to stay, and can, dish a few more bucks out for the artists rooms, they're absolutely gorgeous!!!!

The hotel was a great place to stay, confortable, convenient and everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Only criticism: the wifi signal was weak in my room, and it could have done with a booster.

i have stayed at the Nativo Lodge on several trips through Albuquerque. The staff are always helpful, the rooms are clean, and the location is convenient. I recommend the Nativo highly.

Very nice hotel. Great location when traveling in for high school sports. Quiet neighborhood but close to lots of restaraunts and shopping. Staff is friendly.

Our stay was good the only thing was the hot tub was colder than an ice cube but superisingly the pool was warm ......an we where sad to see gardunos closed on Sundays but looking forward to go back soon.... Thank you everyone
