The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.

Everything was very good for the price and freeway accesibility. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The the staff were very kind and helpful. Overall a 3 star facility that has comfort and convenience.

We liked the hot bteakfast and the bed linens were comfy. We did not like the load road noise, dogs barking and NOT having a fridge or microwave in the room.

The jacuzzi was open for use during my stay. Maybe open seasonal, that was a bomber. I could soak anytime of the year.

Never got into check because I needed to put a deposit I stayed at this hotel multiple times and I never put a deposit and I didn’t get my money back i live in Denver I do have an ID of New Mexico

Broken dirty and run down. It’s like they bought the property 20 years ago and haven’t cleaned or fixed anything since.

We had to change rooms 2 times. First time because there was a dirty needle behind the tv and the second room was dirty. Their cleaning staff is not looking for dangerous stuff in these rooms!! What if a child would have found that. Pictures were given to the front desk staff

Terrible The top blanket had two stains. When I asked for a new one they told me to come get it in the lobby. When I pulled back the second blanket to see if it was clean it had small blood stains on it. The morning person at the front told me she would relay the matter to the manager. It’s been five days and I have not heard back.
