building needs some maintenance

They were very nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable.

Super comfy bed until we looked underneath and saw someone’s underwear left from the last guests who stayed at the room. Was a little grossed out at that occurrence

We were disappointed. The front desk was good. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with plenty of good pillows too. But the bathroom door got stuck at 2/3 closed. If I forced it further closed, it was very hard to get out -- and noisy too. The room was clean except that there was mold/mildew around the shower door. The TV was irritating and basically useless. No instructions and the remote was complicated. It appears to have been set on the wrong source but even after we found the right source, we could only get TNT. Not interested in a NCIS rerun, we gave up. Hard floors are easier to keep clean but make a hotel noisier and we could hear people in the hall as well as upstairs. We drove 720 miles that day so we were tired and tried to go to sleep a little before 10:00 but there were several doors opening/closing and people talking in the hall off and on for a while. Pillow over head, I finally fell asleep only to be awakened at 11:16 with a slammed door and people upstairs stomping around, dropping things. I returned to sleep only to have the room alarm clock blast out very loud music at midnight! Unplugged that and went back to sleep then we were abruptly awakened by 5 very loud pounds on the door at about 1:20! It was apparently across the hall but it sounded like ours and I was shaking. Eventually back to sleep only to be woken by someone slamming a door at 5:24 this morning. Breakfast was okay except for the eggs which had a strange taste and texture.

This was a terrible room- our tv didn’t work and we called the office and they had us change the input. Not the first time they helped troubleshoot that issue. All the usb charging outlets were pushed in. The king room was very small, couldn’t walk around one side of the bed. Bathroom had evidence of water damage. It wasn’t a great stay.

The bed, comfortable; shower, easy to use & lots of hot water; cleanliness, well tended; room amenities, pleasant not too much smell; typical hotel self-serve breakfast, well displayed and tended. I'll stay again.

A clean and convenient hotel to stay. Parking is great and airport shuttle service was easy and convenient!

Bed bugs on my bed and pillows. Found this at 4am, had to checkout immediately to another hotel.

It's a clean room and convenient to the airport. Needs a bit of renovation. It's a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep since it's a bit noisy, especially early in the morning.
