The hotel is large and the rooms are large. The facilities are also complete. Our room is also relatively spacious. The hotel is not very convenient, there is no elevator, the residents on the second floor need to carry their own luggage. The breakfast was great and the dining environment was good. Although it was always provided by the old beauty, it tasted good and there were many types.

The grounds and ****** were very nice. However, the music in the ****** was just a bit too loud. Heard someone else complain about that too. The hotel room was quiet, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Nice touches all around.

I live in Albuquerque and lead a pretty hectic life working for 3 different delivery services. Whenever I need a break, I check into the Red Roof for a few days. It is always clean, quiet and luxurious for an excellent rate. The entire staff is friendly and on point. ”Ask and you shall receive” could be their official motto! The staff at the counter had a good attitude. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom when I checked in. The equipment was replaced after notification. The equipment was a bit old. There were vagrant activities near the hotel. I was worried about the house, but it was still safe.

We had not planned to stay at this hotel but after staying at another Heritage Hotel it was top on our list when we found that our return flight home was canceled. I booked online very early since the reservation center was not open at that hour in the morning. (5 am) I had remembered seeing the hotel previewed on the heritage channel during our stay at The Inn and Spa at Loretto earlier that week. Once we obtained our rental car and had some coffee we contacted the hotel and asked if we could drop off our luggage since there were a lot of alerts about car break ins at a lot of tourist locations. We were told that we could absolutely do that and to come right over. The valet attendant James took care of our luggage quickly and efficiently. We returned to the hotel around 2 pm to see if we would be able to check in early. Sarah at the desk was very kind and welcoming while briefly listening to our plight. She got us checked in early with swiftness and efficiency. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with every convenience we would need. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming even the hotel security Michelle who brushed the snow off our rental. Absolutely loved this hotel and can't wait to go back.

The hotel room is a suite and the space is very large and comfortable. Breakfast is similar to the level of Hanting at home, and there are not many varieties to eat. Close to the airport but there is no shuttle, you can take the shuttle of the Courtyard next door and walk two steps.
