Econo Lodge Hotels in Albuquerque

I honestly do not have any complaints about my stay. In fact, quite the opposite. From making the reservation, to the check-in/out process and everything in between, it was a great experience. The room was very clean, the price was extremely affordable and the staff was beyond professional, kind, courteous and willing to go above and beyond, especially a manager named Tony. Tony made us feel welcome and as if we were a part of the Hilton family. I have no doubts that is will be our go-to hotel EVERY time we visit Albuquerque.

The hotel is large and the rooms are large. The facilities are also complete. Our room is also relatively spacious. The hotel is not very convenient, there is no elevator, the residents on the second floor need to carry their own luggage. The breakfast was great and the dining environment was good. Although it was always provided by the old beauty, it tasted good and there were many types.

The hotel and ****** staff are very nice and kind too all its patrons. Ms. Theresa Juancho was very nice and friendly. She is a great front desk associate specialist that works at Isleta Hotel. She makes you feel like a family friend rather than just a hotel guest. She is very accommodating, courteous and kind to all guests at the hotel. She always goes above and beyond anyone's customer service expectations. She always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. You will enjoy your stay here at this hotel. Sheena was very nice and friendly, as well. She was accommodating and kind, as well. She gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. Diedra at front desk was very nice and friendly. She helped me with an issue and gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. She went above and beyond my expectations, as well. Christopher was very nice and friendly, as well. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Richard is very nice and friendly from valet. He is very careful with your luggage and accommodating at all levels of service. He always goes above and beyond your customer service expectations. He always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. He is very honest and trustworthy, as well. Joey at valet was very nice and accommodating. He asked me if I had been treated well by his valet attendants. He was very thorough and efficient. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations, as well. Pet friendly but deposit n rent kinda pricey when you don't have much money

One of the reviews prior to my booking described it as quaint. Yes, A little bit of that. All of the staff I encountered (6) were extremely polite and willing to please. A turn off for me was that the facility needs a lot of attention to maintenance. Also the location was not easily found for someone visiting from out of town.
