Customer service was good at check-in. We didn’t have much more interaction with staff after that (wasn’t needed). Took kids to swim in indoor pool, thought we’d soak in the hot tub, except hot tub was filled in with decorative rock and a large plant placed on top. Inside of the pool floor was a little dirty. We stayed in room 543 and our sliding glass door didn’t lock. Luckily we don’t have small kids that could be tempted to open it possibly creating an unsafe situation. Lobby area and conference center are nice and clean and updated - time to get rooms and pool area to match.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property, and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable accommodations and amenities. It was convenient to check in via the Hilton Honors app and use the digital key system to access the hotel and room. The King suite was surprisingly spacious, with the bedroom separated from the living room/kitchenette. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, a few place settings, some utensils, and two cooking pots. The living room sofa was comfortable. Bed and pillows were also comfy. HVAC system worked well. There were enough outlets and some USB charging plugs. My only room complaint was low water pressure in the shower (possibly a water-saving feature). The hotel was fairly quiet. My room was on the side of the property facing Cutler Ave, and there was no traffic noise. Just occasional noise from other guests. The lobby and breakfast area were inviting. Coffee was always available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast had a wide array of items, and even some local favorites like green chile stew and tamales. The hotel is in a fairly quiet area that felt safer than other parts of town. There were warnings about not leaving valuables in cars, but no overt problems. The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping center and many restaurants. There is a Trader Joe’s within close walking distance. There is even a cat café close by. Most Albuquerque attractions and the airport were a 10-15 minute drive. Sandia Park is about 30 minutes.

Stayed for one night during a cross-country trip with my dog. I arrived late afternoon and after a couple of hours realized the noise from highway traffic just across from the hotel was going to be a problem. I asked at the front desk to see about any options to move rooms and the attendant immediately dismissed any options - despite the fact that it was still early - many rooms still open and I'm a Diamond member. Just no effort to look at another room for me. So, then, needing to find a grass area for my dog to do her business... none exists - just a rocky area across the parking lot - with 110 degree heat on her paws crossing the lot to a bunch of rocks. A homeless man with his dog were huddled nearby scaring the you-know-what out of us. (They also charge $75 per day extra for having a dog). The neighborhood is not good at all to put it mildly. The cost was above average for a Hampton Inn that has not been updated in decades. Overall, just a complete and utter FAIL.

We'd never stayed in Extended Stay before, but decided to give it a try. Thankfully I made 3 separate reservations for the 3 nights we were planning to stay, because I ended up canceling. Since we are Choice Privileges Diamond members we used our points, and were not happy when they asked for a one hundred dollar deposit. When I asked if our credit card would be charged, or just held, they informed us they would charge it. We ended up paying cash, but it made absolutely no sense to us. They refunded it immediately upon check-out, with no inspection of the room for damages! So, why do it at all. By paying cash they would have no recourse if we had done damage! Check-in took a long time, but when we finally got to our room we were disappointed. The room reeked of mildew and cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom had the worst smell of all, and we had to keep the door firmly closed. There was no bathroom fan, so we used the kitchen fan and opened the windows as well. The problem with that was people stood outside and smoked, so that didn't last long. We didn't feel very secure here. The floors were filthy, and our feet were soon black. We kept our shoes on after that. The room was pretty large with an area to hang clothes with shelves above and an area below for suitcases and coolers. The dresser was very old and set right against the wall. The drawers banged when you closed them, and it kept shaking our wall from the room next door! Noise from surrounding rooms was pretty loud. The beds were very old and hard. The TV package was pretty good. It was HD and there was a guide as well. We were not impressed with the sign up in the bathroom saying if the towels got dirty they would charge you $25 per towel! So why not just put some paper towels in the kitchen area? We waited the next morning while the guy in the office was on his cell phone, walking around the parking lot. We finally approached him and he came back to the office certainly not in a hurry to look after the paying hotel guests! We checked out early, and won't be back to this hotel.

The hotel and ****** staff are very nice and kind too all its patrons. Ms. Theresa Juancho was very nice and friendly. She is a great front desk associate specialist that works at Isleta Hotel. She makes you feel like a family friend rather than just a hotel guest. She is very accommodating, courteous and kind to all guests at the hotel. She always goes above and beyond anyone's customer service expectations. She always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. You will enjoy your stay here at this hotel. He always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. He is very honest and trustworthy, as well. Joey at valet was very nice and accommodating. He handles your luggage with care, as well. He is very nice and friendly. He goes above and beyond, as well. Victor the head of valet was very kind and courteous. He asked me if I had been treated well by his valet attendants. He was very thorough and efficient. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations, as well. Victor gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. Jordan at the players club was very nice and accommodating. He assisted me with the free gift at the players club. I arrived at the Double Tree late in the afternoon after a long day of exploring. The check in process was pleasant and straightforward. I quickly noticed how clean and well maintained the property was which is always a good thing. I was given a room on one of the upper floors. When I entered my room I was met with a fresh smelling clean room. The bed was maid up well and the bathroom was also well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from my window that overlooked the city. On a scale from 1 to 10, the bed was about a 6. It was a little on the firm side but otherwise still relatively comfortable. The hotel was situated downtown. There was a huge parking lot behind a gated arm at the property. Please expect to pay for parking as downtown parking can be scarce. I had to circle the lot a few times in order to find an empty space. Be advised they do have an overflow lot down the street. The hotel is right above the convention center so it stays pretty busy. There were also many places to eat nearby such as the 505 Central food hall which featured many different dining options. I’d recommend it if you’re with a group of people that have diverse food palettes. Overall I’d stay here again. I rate this property a 3 because it was just what I expected. There was nothing exceptional about it, but it wasn’t bad at all.

the cleaning lady knocked at my door TWICE before the check out time of noon, once at ca. 09:30 and another at ca. 1130. I complained to the receptionist, who had the cheek to ask me if I had put the do not disturb sign on. The lack of courtesy at this hotel is stunning. Next time (not with me though), try knocking at everybody's door every hour. This is NOT a welcoming place and should not be patronized.

This was my 2nd stay within a month at a Drury hotel(Albuquerque and Las Cruces NM), and is the best I've experienced with a supportive but soft bed(what I would call Medium Firm) and soft, airy pillows, which is #1 for me when I travel. The rooms are always clean and no smoke smells anywhere. The only thing I would like to see change is replace those 50-year old design noisy in-room air conditioners with a modern mini split unit with real air filtration. In a post-covid world, the future is hotels that are clean and bio-safe.

I would like to thank you very much, Lazy girl, who has given us a great help! Because of the cancellation of our flight (the first of four to return to Italy) we risked not to leave; he supported us in the telephone with the airline who found us on a previous flight.
