Pathetic most overrated hotel- staff is ridiculous. My son had a fracture and they were least bothered to listen to any of our request. No hot water, AC doesn’t work, rooms stink and worst is staff behaviour. No one wants to help and only keep asking for money for upgrade

It’s really cute hotel with a great view. Huge room, comfortable beds and big bathroom. Food was one of the most delicious I have ever eaten in a hotel. I can say It looks like a typical alpine hotel but definitely I will remember this one as one of the greatest.

Ich durfte im Rahmen einer Gruppenreise (leider nur) eine Nacht in diesem Haus verbringen. Wenn man nach einer Nacht sagen kann "Hier tut es wohl!" dann sagt das eigentlich alles. Trotz später Anreise hat sich die Crew toll um uns gekümmert. Die Zimmer und die Gasträume waren gemütlich, der Historie angemessen und bestens ausgestattet. Das Frühstück bietet wirklich alles, was den Tag gut starten lässt. Herzlichen Dank an alle, die dem Gast das möglich machen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise zurück ins Flachland und am späten Nachmittag hungrig. Auf gut Glück versuchten wir es in der Post. Der sehr freundliche Kellner versprach uns mit etwas Geduld wäre die Küche bald wieder besetzt. Nicht selbstverständlich in der Nebensaison für zwei Durchreisende. Wir bestellten von der umfangreichen Wildkarte aus der lokalen Jagd Gerichte wie man sie wohl nur höchst selten bekommt. Da wir experimentierfreudig waren, fragten wir ob wir unsere Gerichte teilen dürften, was kein Problem war. Die Chefin half dabei und unterhielt sich noch mit uns. Die Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet und überaus reichlich. Für das gebotene war der Preis mehr als fair. Ausser dass wir zu viel gegessen hatten, gab es gar nichts zu meckern. Jederzeit wieder.

Buon hotel situato in un piccolo borgo lungo un passo a circa 20 minuti da St. Moritz. Belle e pulite le camere, bel bagno con doccia ampia, letti singoli uniti e non provvista di televisione. Buono anche il ristorante, ottimi i pizzoccheri alla valtellinese, prezzi in linea con quelli svizzeri.

Hat alles gestimmt - sehr zuvorkommendes Personal (jemand hat mir sogar geholfen, das Auto vom Schnee zu befreien) - eine stets präsente Chefin, aber mit der nötigen Diskretion und ... eine hervorragende Küche. Preis- Leistung stimmt.
